I have registered and deposit 0.001 BTC, then I play and win until 1 BTC. When I withdraw got message error and didn't process my withdrawal. I try to login back to my account, but my account not found. Just curious, when I try to register with the same email, it is work. Did you delete users database? Are you trying to scammed me? Scam site!

Better to send OP a pm or contact them by email, if you have done it but you get no responses then you can start to create a scam accusation thread.
You are the 2nd user who complain about withdrawal which is not working in the last few weeks.
Previously someone complained about 0.2btc withdrawal, but there is no updates whether it is fixed already or yet to be fixed.
From these complains, we can consider that something wrong is happening with the site so it is a warning for anyone here who want to play.
At least wait till all the issues are resolved first.

Yes i can send detail about my winning , i have video when im play deal or no deal and have like $21k in my balance before i got error after im tried to withdray my money

Yes he has been logging in here but does not seem to be posting here to explain his version of events. This is very frustrating because recently when a forum member was asking questions about why their bankroll investment was no longer appearing the OP took a long time to reply even though he was logging in here.

I hope he replies to you as soon as possible so this matter can be cleared up.

We need to listen to what rocketpot has to say but considering this is the same place that has given out so much money so far, I doubt that they would be out there trying to steal 1 bitcoin from some gambler.

I am sure if you could provide with more proof than just saying you were scammed by the casino, you would be taken a lot more seriously. So far you have just said that you deposited 0.001 bitcoin and turned it into 1 bitcoin and couldn't withdraw and your account was deleted, that's all you said and that was given to us by text from you.

I think the best way to go from here would be you providing us with proof that this happened, otherwise I can claim the same thing, who says you are honest or not, so a proof would be a lot better. Secondly after you provide us with proof (considering you can) rocketpot would have to defend their decision as well.

I think the proof is not necessary at this stage because an allegation has been made which has not been refuted by the OP therefore if the OP accepts the claim then he has no reason to upload evidence but if the OP counter-claims then it is essential for bobyhodob to post evidence.

I like the website design it’s user friendly.
They say withdrawals are instant. But I am waiting more than hour. If they send my little win i will update
the post. I also e-mailed support.
It seems good fair site now. My only concern is withdrawals. Maybe they are doing that manually.

That's not looking good at all - I already stated quite some time ago that communication with them has been terrible so I deactivated them on my website - such a lack of communication wasn't professional at all and what others stated in this thread didn't make it any better. Seeing where we are at now, I guess we weren't wrong, unfortunately.

He seems to be logging in here every couple of days but does not post anything meaningful when he does. His post dated 30th November 2020 about trying to fix things and that no exit scam was going on seems stretched now.

Where is the wallet address showing the balance is intact which would provide conclusive proof the business is solvent?

I think those "closing shop soon" came from the fact that there were less communication about the situation going on than anything else. If you promote every single move you make, that could result with a decent expectation and you could literally hype people out, for example when stake wanted to add sportsbook to their website they started talking about it a year before they actually did it, and they always talked about the latest situation and when it will be released and they did beta period and so forth basically spent like 6 months in heavy development with each step talked about on their forum topic.

What happened? They may not have one of the best starts because it wasn't technically fully ready unfortunately but they were hyped so everyone was still there using the half-done project like crazy. You should probably talk about yours like that until it is finished as well.

Obviously it was clear to everyone as a day that he was a fraudulent player, otherwise we all know rocketpot and you have been here for such a long time, why would you care about stealing money from one guy for such a low amount. I have always said the same thing about all credible places, they do not care about your money because they are making 10 times that much daily (okay that might be wrong but still a lot more than what I gamble) so why would they steal it. Who would steal let's say 1 bitcoin, when they can make 50+ in a month? Can you think that is possible.

I am not saying this place makes that much, I don't know how much they make, but I know they have a lot more on their wallets from all the gamblers that deposited, so why steal from just one of them and let all others gamble with peace? Makes no sense. This is why I do not believe these type of complaints because it makes no sense.
