Meditation or spritual practice or whatever we call it as are really done by ourselves to keep our mind in relaxed state
I totally agreed on this and indeed meditating and spiritual will free our mind and take away the unwanted thoughts ,in our life we must learn to separate problem over another problem and this mind control cannot be earned without meditating and spiritual presence
which is the first important thing needed to get our unwanted thinking out from us.The we need to concentrate on something which give more credibility to us than joy like the hard things which may looks difficult initially but when we done that it will bring the long lasting joy.
Well just like sadness in life that after we have resolved then we will just laugh at those as if never happen in our life
