Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

The problem with most altcoins is that they have no potential for mass adoption.

Creditcoin on the other hand, is working hand in hand with Aella which has over 500,000 app downloads to build out their platform.

Basically 500,000 users will be using the Creditcoin Network.

this is basically guarenteed adoption = growth

It is a good idea to split funds between different cryptocurrencies, but I would not invest in more than 5-7 coins. If I were you, I would put a half of funds in Bitcoin and split another half between some altcoins from top 20 on CoinMarketCap.
