I really do not think that the next bull run wont affect altcoins because these investors would be purely be only focused on bitcoin.

They are hinting that most of the money would come from institutional investors. Smart money tend to take the less risky investments.

I am ready! even though it is just a fundamental analysis, I will always ready because I have a lot of bags. What I am supposed to do other than waiting? haha. there is no way I would sell it below my buy orders, it does not make any sense at all.
it sounds realistic but I can not let it decide my action, but I do not think alt will follow its step if Bitcoin gets pumped in the future. A few of them might be, but overall? I do not think the majority will get it because a lot of people got burned heavily and they are afraid of it.

It all about bitcoin now and some of the altcoins may not move an inch in the next bull run. The ICO market that bring bullish momentum to the altcoins in 2017 is almost dead because of the way developers handle peoples funds. Just imagine a projects that got $12,600,000 from ico in 2017 -2018 could not developed the project and the next thing is to launch another project last week! It is sad that altcoins market may not recover again but we all know the reasons that happen and it is because people are not ready to keep wasting money on a system that keep scamming them. Bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin and few of them are attracting investors today because the founders are sincere.

Agree, I think that only a few coins will join the ride if ever Bitcoin manages to make up it's mind if it's gonna rise or not. The point you mentioned about scam projects is correct too, this is somehow the main reason why people just don't trust ICO's anymore. This is why it's important for projects like this content creation platform to establish real/signed partnerships in the space, that right there shows that the project is in it for the long-run and not just a pump and dump coin. It's hard for other coins to catch up to the top ones like btc and eth but the real ones will eventually find it's way.

I've been thinking this too, the bull run of bitcoin if obvious but i think that some of the altcoins are in the bags of true altcoin maximalists now so they could technically rise with bitcoin.

it will take at least a couple of months for the hype to build up for bitcoin and then another couple of months for that hype to travel to altcoins and get them  pumped. the next ride could take quite a long time.

meanwhile the pumpers are very active and they are pumping altcoins all day long, you just have to find them and abuse their pump to make profit for yourself before they dump it.
this could also be a good practice for when the bigger pumps begin in that "next ride" you are looking for.

2019 is going to be a bad year for alts, you will only see bull run appear in Bitcoin and the alts are no big change.
The chart only correctly identifies certain aspects based on the indicators, but not the psychology of the investors. It will not be possible to analyze whether the investors' desire for bitcoin is high or low.
Therefore, in my opinion the market will still focus on bitcoin for a long time.

The fact that bitcoin dominance is still at 68.9%, has not seen a decline in the past few days but the alts are still falling frequently.
I think the season of alts will be far away and we need to be more patient. maybe in 2020 it will start to stabilize again.

We'd all are ready for that but ain't to think it happen this year. The market still taking its break, pumps are rare to see at this time. It is quite possible to see next year ( well hope so). New investors are so impatient and they'll probably be losing their faith if they never saw any market pumps.
The market still quite and having short pumps won't be enough to move the entire market, it is only a reason that people will feel doubts.

Alts will recover as soon as the whales decides to move them.

Don't forget that alts are a way to make a TON of BTC in a short time frame, and you can be sure that a lot of the whales wants to push alts eventually to position themselves better in Bitcoin.

That should be an indicator for the price of bitcoin to grow even more but bitcoin has already in the bullish trend. I agree with some pojnts that already written by the author if the fact 10k rate has become the bottom floor for bitcoin and that will not go down below 10k again soon.
This time people are still preparing to load more and more bitcoin as per the dominance of bitcoin is increasing a lot.
I hope the big bull trend for bitcoin can bring altcoin to the moon at the same time too.

Well everyone here is hoping to see a bull run in the next couple of months or at least at the end of the year specially in the altcoin market. There are a lot of threads screaming that altcoin should have its own case of a bull ride by this time, however, it is still far from happening.

Again, as I have said, let the market do it's own thing here and flow as normal. If we keep on saying that the bull ride is going to happen but then the market turns sideways then a lot of investors will be disappointed. So don't expect high things to occurs suddenly and it will take some time before we will see a good recovery.

Bitcoin should grow more indeed. But some say that it may fall more before growing. However halving is near and mining difficulty also keeps growing.
Altcoins? I don't know.. I am fairly disappointed on the altcoin market. They may grow only after Bitcoin consolidated a new ATH.
