Hey! I want to know how to purchase crypto safe. I don't want hackers to steal my money, and I don't want exchanges to sell my personal data. And is it safe using non custodial exchanges like changelly and shapeshift. Please help!
According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Changelly is too expensive. Deposit your money via bank transfer to Binance exchange and buy crypto there. Currently the most legit crypto exchange and they also have very low trading and withdrawal fees.

In your question, you immediately rejected all the secury options for buying cryptocurrency. If you do not want to use exchanges and custodial exchanges, then you can try exchanges from here: bestchange.com
For example, Convert Perfect Money USD to Bitcoin (BTC)

What crypto coin do you want to buy? There are some exchanges that do not require KYC verification for deposits, trading and withdrawals, but there are limits to maximum amount. I have tried to exchange Coinbene, Bit-z, Binance, or maybe some rules have changed, please browse first. Or there is a local crypto exchange from your country that supports deposits from your local bank, that's better.

I don't think the fiat method of purchasing cryptocurrency is available for every country. There are several platforms where one could purchase cryptocurrency, though it may vary as not all countries would be available. In my country, luno cryptocurrency exchange supports fiat payments. Also remitano platform is another peer to peer platform for trading cryptocurrency for fiat.

The most safest and fastest way how to buy cryptocurrencies is a way when you buy crypto with creditcard. Because international bank transfers are so slow and expensive (many intermediary banks). Or you can buy crypto in a crypto ATM but these ATM are avaiable only in some countries.

If you are afraid of losing money because of hacked and afraid of selling personal data by the exchange, then the solution is only one, that is, don't buy anything in crypto and don't use any exchange in crypto, because now almost all exchanges apply KYC to all members, and the exchange also never make guarantees that they cannot be hacked, so if you are still afraid of losing money, then don't buy at crypto, because those who play in crypto are people who have high optimism so they are not afraid of losing money.

Many recommend BINANCE as a safe exchange for users. But the most important thing to keep your data safe is how you store your data and secure the computer or device you are using. Devices that are connected to the internet will always be the target of hackers, so you must guard and provide the best security so that your data is not stolen. Be careful with web phishing and malware that can penetrate the security of your device. stay alert.

There are too many exchanges which you can buy coins/tokens with out giving out your personal details (KYC).
Make sure that you will save personally save your password in a safe place.
Never share to anyone. Keep your tokens/coins on your personal wallet and never share your private keys.

Using exchanges to store bitcoin or crypto is most stupid thing to do, so avoid it if you are not dumb.
Now, let think of which exchanges you should choose to buy bitcoin.
- Centralized or decentralized exchange: Most of centralized exchanges ask for KYC, but there are non-KYC exchange like Binance (if you don't withdraw above 2 BTC in total per day). Most of decentralized exchanges don't ask for KYC, so you can use them. Nevertheless, it is worth to warn you that you have to secure your private keys yourself after creating accounts on decentralized exchanges. Losing private keys and account usernames, you will lose both your accounts & your bitcoin. It's certainly your faults, not exchanges.
- What you should do next after buying bitcoin on exchanges? Storing them there, nope.
Because exchanges can be hacked, you know that, right? So, you must withdraw your bitcoin to non-custodial wallets that you have full control (with wallet private key)
There are lots of advanced bitcoin wallets to choose, but which one you choose, you have to read and pratice backup and recover wallets from private keys/ seeds, before you withdraw your money from exchanges (centralized or decentralized, whatever) to your wallet.
Don't buy bitcoin on exchanges if you have not yet known how to install, backup, recover with bitcoin wallets.
Withdraw your bitcoin ASAP after buying it. It is more fitted to your intention, because you don't want to store your bitcoin on exchanges, don't want to trade, withdraw ASAP is perfect.

In fact, you must do the second step I mentioned first, because you have to prepare your wallets before buying bitcoin.
[General] Bitcoin Wallets - Which, what, why?
Choose your wallet
Newbies - Read before using exchanges or investing
Electrum wallet - Update safely and avoid phishing wallets?

There is another way if you don't want to buy bitcoin on exchanges, is buying bitcoin from high trusted users, whom run Escrow services in the forum. However, I don't suggest to do that, because you can easily buy bitcoin on exchanges.

nobody wants this to happen so you can choose the lowest risk strategy - just buy bitcoin and send it to your cold wallet. hide your wallet and wait

Just use any reputable exchange out there and then make sure you store your crypto in your own wallet, preferably a hardware wallet.
I've mostly used Kraken and Binance, but there are just so many good exchanges that it's impossible to list them all.

I know you don't want exchanges to sell your personal data, but I've found that most decentralized exchanges really lack the volume you need and prices are often hiked up.

It defends on your perception if you trust Changelly or Shapeshift, Even a non-custodial exchange is not a guarantee for safety. Base of my experience you can still buy crypto without doing any KYC but just limited for 2 BTC equivalent daily withdrawal limit You can try it in Binance. I dont think Binance will sold your personal data for any instances its cheap and the issue of hacking i think no crypto-exchange that was absolutely safe againts any hacking attacked all is vulnerable because no system in the world is perfect and thats my opinioin.

The most common way to buy crypto exchange is Coinbase. You can buy crypto with credit card, wire transfer and tons of different purchasing methods. Exchange prices are great and they do not have such commission fees as other services.

as long as you keep your wallet address when exchanging on the exchange and don't keep your address in the exchange continuously then your assets remain safe, even if someone wants to hack your assets, it will be very difficult if you are always careful to keep your key address, so don't blame the exchange, because in theory all exchanges can definitely be hacked, only you as a user must be careful.

I think it's safe. actually sometimes we use the KYC that we need to be aware of because sometimes they use our data to sell it, they don't know who they sell it to and can be misused by the buyer of the account. if I choose to make a purchase when the token is already on the market because it can be ascertained its usefulness and the sale price.

if you are afraid of having your personal data hacked, maybe you can use DEX. but one of the weaknesses of DEX is that you can't buy crypto using FIAT. inevitably you have to use exchange centralization. if you want to buy crypto using FIAT.
