in my country Indodax is safest exchange to date and I always make purchases and sales there and change to fiat, but many people also recommend binance as safe place, actually it all depends on you alone in maintaining security of your password.
In my country, you can buy bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies such as ETH, BCH and XRP in a online wallet called coins.ph, which you can also used this wallet to pay bills and buy prepaid loads. Binance is really the safest exchange to buy cryptocurrency, that is why it is considered the biggest crypto exchange because it has great security to secure your assets and it has correct trading volume. trading in binance is more convenient now. because large trading helps us to manage our assets with a fairly fast daily trading strategy. I buy assets in binance and trade there, but do not store assets in a personal wallet. I leave it in exchange and it will be interesting if I need it. although it is risky for large exchanges like binance, I don't think there are any worries. Storing assets on exchange is also not recommended for all user, because we don't know how hackers attack. We all know the the technology is continuously upgrading Everytime past. Expect more risk on storing assets on exchange. There are many situation like that in this past few days. Store assets on exchange, at you own risk.

To answer your question, non-custodial exchanges are relatively safe. But if you want a better method, get yourself a cold wallet so you can store your funds there. If you are not planning to buy huge amounts of cryptocurrency that you will need to withdraw as soon as you can, then you can make an account on any popular exchange and purchase there. Then, send the funds to your cold wallet. That way, only you will have access to your funds. Don’t lose your cold wallet though, as no one else will be able to retrieve it — not even you or the hackers.

But i suggest when buying bitcoin and want to invest for the long term, save it in a wallet blockchain or whatever and don't keep it in exchangers because our security is safer if we save there

Blockchain wallet? the blockchain.com's wallet? it's a web wallet and you should understand that it isn't safe. The safest wallet would be the hardware wallets or desktop wallets like Electrum.

It is really difficult nowadays to trust sites because most of them are scams. You could buy or purchase bitcoin safely in Binance exchange because binance is considered the biggest cryptocurrencies exchange in the world in terms of trading volume, that is why it could be trusted and would never sell your personal data. If we are to rely on binance alone as the only reliable exchange, I think that the monopoly will be too much. The volume that will be available might be a great advantage to many off its users, but we need to consider the congestion that will make our trading delay, so this still has its own disadvantage also. There are still other reliable exchanges other than binance exchange, and this can be found amongst the top 10 most reliable exchange. We still have exchanges like huobi, kucoin, and many other exchanges with very high volume and reputation. For security, I don't think that any exchange can really guarantee or vouch that their exchange will be able to provide a maximum security because hackers are well trained to know everything about breaking security.

Using some of the top exchange is one of the best and most secured way to safely buy your cryptocurrency, and using a per to per swap exchange like #ChangenNow is perfect.

The safest way is by going through an exchange, not just an exchange but a trusted one that has gone a long test of time so you can buy and withdraw peacefully without having issues regarding withdrawal. There are also some local exchanges or escrows that are legit.

Binance Exchange is an easy place for you to buy altcoin, because at Binance Exchange you are not required to fill KYC, so of course your personal data will remain safe and you can easily buy altcoin on Binance Exchange without fear of your personal data being sold.

This exchange has leaked user information in the past few months and this makes the participants at this exchange very worried. I think they should be more careful because Binance is one of the biggest exchanges in the crypto market and if the information is leaked again, a lot of investors will surely leave. Currently this exchange is still encouraged to participate so I will still use Binance. In addition, exchanges like Okex, Kucoin, Huobi are also very good user protection and have never leaked customer information when KYC.

I think there' s no safe way to buy crypto, because whatever it is, hackers will find a way to take your property, if they want to. So i suggest you use some cold - hearted wallets like Exodus, the Ledger Nano S,....

Yes you can use non custodial wallets like changelly and shapeshift. Here in our country we can easily buy bitcoin because the local wallet in our country is partnered with convenience stores, like 7-11. Where in one tap you are given a barcode in app and you just go to the partnered store of the bitcoin wallet and there it pays, And you instantly receive the bitcoin in your app you . it is also trustworthy as it is credited by sec and our bank central.

In my opinion, the safest way to buy cryptocurrencies in general and bitcoin in particular is to do face-to-face transactions with other people. Of course, this will not be convenient if you only need to buy a small amount.

The best time to buy bitcoin or any altcoins is actually now that the hash rate is low, the altcoin season is gradually approaching, and you need to all take advantage of this time now to buy these coins if we are to have the maximum profit from them and they are still very cheap now which we don't have to wait until there is another FOMO for us to start buying because the next FOMO that is going to happen now is that of the altcoin season.
That usually do have very big effect on the value and you could see a lot of altcoins that have real working products jump up overnight before you could even get that chance to place your buy order or get it executed, so to avoid the rushing time, best we just peacefully buy coins like Litecoin now till the bull run is here.

Face to face buying is always good, but in many cases, we don't see any sellers for the fiat cash, in my local area nobody has any idea about the Bitcoin. Some time it is very tough for me to find the person selling the Bitcoin on face to face, that's why I am using some of the local exchange.

If you don't want to do KYC or worry that the exchangers we use are hacked by hackers, I think transactions on DEX can be an alternative to buying crypto. But in my opinion, the security of the coins we have depends on us, if we do not carelessly click on suspicious links, I think our coins will remain safe

I suggest you that only use only top exchanges. Buy the coin/token which you want to buy from any top exchange and send it to your wallet. I think it's safer to keep your coins in your wallet.
