You can't deny the fact that there are cheaters out there but many are playing their games by the book.
And as owner, you should know how to identify those types of players.

Unable to load the captcha? It is usually related to your internet connection, it happens on my end when I accessing any sites with captcha but I have unstable/low internet connection. It has nothing to do with your browser IMO, so better to check your connection first then try again when you are sure that you have a good internet connection.

Yes, I agree with you for their simple design and it is quite unique actually for such game like dice. But there is lack of provably fair system here, I would like to see if we can verify our own bets here since there is nothing on their site. Btw for the house edge as you can see OP mentioned iton the first post which is 1% and about the faucet, I do not think that they really need that. As long as they can give a routine events or giveaways then it is a good to go

Providing free satoshi is not bad idea at all, you were just not ready for the bad possible result from the idea. Basically all of those abusers can be avoided if you realized the possibility before you launched the site with free satoshi. You could set a requirement for the bonus, probably something like wagering requirement so it will reduce the number of abusers.
