Hardwork is what makes a project successful, if good project by bad team get listed on binance sooner or later it will still fail and binance might decided to delist the project, its better to do your research either projects is from binance or not

not necessarily, even if they launch it to a large exchanger, that won't guarantee. success or failure will depend on the initial concept they made the project and how investors help crowdfunding them.

Yes it is more legit if they launch on big exchanges, only the real project will listed there because the listing fee on big exchanges is quiet high so I'm sure their project would be success.

even they listed in binance, it won't make some IEO are legit. if they have a bad team, they will abandoned their project, dump the price with their own coin when get listed and runaway with investors money.

Binanace exchange stand out among the rest, they make good profits but they care more about their reputation, they always look into every project before they allow or approve their IEO launch, for binance its not always about the money

If the IEO is launched on binance then do not worry because binance already did their own research, i trust binance for this and its wiserto do your own research too, so far i haven't seen a exchange that beat binance

Yes it is more legit if they launch on big exchanges, only the real project will listed there because the listing fee on big exchanges is quiet high so I'm sure their project would be success.

Though it's not an assurance but it will lessen the chance of scam, firstly since reputable exchange like binance knew that if they have many investors who entrusted their money from their exchange they will make a good position not to disappoint those people. It's business and if you are getting huge money from it then you will  do your best to make sure that you are taking care of your sources of profits.

if we talk about price, binance IEO gives good amount or even the best comparing with others exchange
There are some good exchanges which held IEO, but based on bitmex article, Bitcoin is the best so far

No, there is no guarantee, so dont talk it. we have to talk about what the thing which give MORE possibility.

If the IEO project uses a small exchange, it means that they do not have much amount because if an IEO project is conducted using a market as large as Binance, it will certainly cost a lot of amount, but the excess will attract investors and the chances of success are also greater than doing in a small market. But if the small market is very credible in the eyes of likely traders, the possibility of success also still can.

The better and bigger the excahnge the more legit the IEO is.
If the team is very confident on what they are doing and know the future of their project, why not to gamble on the best exchange?

I agree with your comments. Most people in the crypto market understand the rule that being reputable will increase the value of a business even though it has nothing potential. The community will automatically fomo and raise the price of the token. But now some of the CEOs of junk projects think they can go up on their own hands without the need for large exchanges. Bull shit, those are his classic lies that scams new investors.
Projects that really care about their future will try to be listed on large exchanges like Binance, Huobi or high liquidity exchanges to increase reliability. In addition, those who say that saving money for businesses is a lie.

I think otherwise though, most of these exchanges cares less about whatever any project is offering or what lies within the project, what they care after is the funds they are to receive from the projects and nothing more. The only thing top exchanges has is hype; most of the projects that did IEO on top exchanges, how many of them are really on the right path? So therefore, being legit doesn't mean the type of exchange rather it means the idea the team is selling.

in my own opinion, for the exchange to launch the project in their platform, it should be trust worthy but thats not a guarantee that the project will not disappoint but we  believe that this big projects made enough assessment on the project before launching it

The best reason for IEO on exchange is for safety of funds and listing/trading after funds are raised, There has been changes and improvement in the world of finance in the last few months. Interest has been shown in BLOCKCHAIN technology and the digital-currency globally due to the invention of Initial Exchange Offering which is legit on big exchanges

If they can pay that much then maybe it will be also worth a shot.

Scammers dont go way beyond into spending more and risking too much.
They would rather fail than risk a lot of money with a project that could also fail or if they will get funds which is not sure to even hit their quota.
For me, that is worth a try and Binance will be digging also before they accept listing.

If IEO is launched in Binance, it is definitely legit because there are many traders there and large volume exchangers. But it is very difficult to launch IEO there because in addition to the costs, maybe the Binance will see the project first
