I'm not sure if this would work with signature, but you can try adding hyperlink on the message your put in your signature.
Check this thread, this might help. How to add hyperlink to a keyword or phrase on this forum?

You must be a Member rank above to allow links in your signature.

However, if you want to bypass this limitation in your current rank and have the feature of being a Member rank, you can consider availing a Copper Membership.

Signature restrictions

There are restrictions on signatures, based on your activity/rank.

- Newbie: No styling (including links) allowed. Max 50 characters.
- Jr. Member: Max 150 characters.
- Member: Links allowed. Unlimited length.
- Full: Color allowed.
- Sr. Member: Size allowed
- Hero: Background color allowed

and you need 6 more merit to rank up,
if you can't wait for it, you can buy a copper membership
it will allow you to have links in signature as if you were a Member rank

You can refer this thread to add signature in your profile - How to Add / Edit Bitcointalk Signature? written by @BitcoinTurk but you should be a Member and should have 10 merits to add clickable link in signature.

As you are a junior member, you can still add signature but that will not be clickable.
