It has to be profitable for them to be doing this shit since April 2019, i see no other reason, way too many accounts and time wasted.
I honestly wouldn't dismiss the possibility of them buying (not hacking) the accounts en mass, a bunch of low iq faggots, likely buying the malware too.

I guess a few are bought for sure , also its possible that they already doing this for longer as the last 1 - 2 years and they got catched many Accounts with that in the past.
Possible its the same guys that have done the hack back in 2013-2014 i guess it was , also i think that they not only doing this only on this forum and they try this also on other Forums.

If they get a few Accounts hacked with that and get some coins and money it would be no problem to buy a punch of Accounts for 1000$ that nobody anymore uses.

What is interesting it that it looks to be somewhat new malware. As of yesterday only a few AV scanners popped it.
Now it's above 7 detections and climbing.

Even at 1st my local malwarebytes did not see it. This AM it was flagged.
