My question to all of you why this user Avantikakaur was not banned. Yesterday, I reported this user for publishing fake ANN topic which contain malware links. Topic was removed but user was not banned. After doing some research, I found out that this user had previously started fake ANN about Medusa Coin which also contain malware links. Yet, this user was still not banned despite violating forum rules twice. If no action is taken against this user they will again post such virus topics in future.

If I have made any mistakes in any points or if there is some reason behind this then I apologize.
