As I know they have voting system (hope I didn't mess up), I don't know the price for adding the coin. Seems that they have some more trades. So if we go for voting system I don't know if we can ge enough votes.

Coinsbit has several allegations of not being a good exchange. I would say, stay away from them for the moment. One or 2 exchanges would be more than enough. No need to list the coin to every exchange a user is suggesting them. Better develop it into a stronger coin with real use case rather than focusing on listing on exchanges as many as they can.
