just because price of something is lower than its previous price it doesn't mean it is a good idea to buy that thing! the only conclusion you can ever make from the price fall is that the price of that thing was unrealistic and had to come down. there is no guarantee for it to rise again.

if you don't believe me you can search for the same topic line as you started here and see how many people have been saying the same exact thing for the past 2 years and anybody who listened is currently in a loss between 50% up to 98% simply because they thought the same as you.

To be honest, I am not sure that the 2017 bull market will repeat very sweetly and even very difficult to choose coins with high potential, unlike in 2017 where almost every coin has good potential

I never use my all saving money (money fiat) to buy cryptocurrencies even to buy bitcoin. Cryptocurrency is risky place to store my money and I won't take the second mistake to decide it again. I'll buy if there is a chance to gain profit and currently I have been investing and I still hold some altcoins and bitcoin as well.

I'll use them as a banchmark to buy more again, I mean I'll buy bitcoin or altcoin if my currently investing give me a profit and I'll buy more. Yeah, you are right cryptocurrency price is still at the low price and I'll say it again in the future because this industry will still growing and its price is deserve to increase again.

Learning from 2017, that I must learn to take advantage of any opportunity to make a profit in the future. What I mean is when the crypto enters the year 2018, slowly the crypto is experiencing a sharp decline. I also suffered a loss. My advice is not to give up on trading and bounty campaigns because this is our opportunity.

I also hope that the situation in 2017 can be repeated, the chances are very difficult. I think that opportunities now arise and now many new projects have the potential and can make a profit.

Price of top altcoins have fallen to their lowest range for last two or three years period, but if I can bet, I will bet most of investors, and people who self-called as crypto enthusiasts have still hesitated and worried about altcoins. They thought like altcoins will hardly to recover, they will never come back; I would stay away from altcoins. Honestly its not been easy holding on to my altcoins for years now but if this type of unencouraging market continues then i will be forced to quit investing, i won't dump the altcoins i have but i will lock them away and move on with my life works until  something new come sooner

I don't have much money for now because I already lose some coins. I still wait for the price can recover again so I can follow to recover my losses. But I realize that will need a long time before I can start to recover. I don't mind if the market is hard to increase and need to wait for more and I think I could still buy more coins if the price can get down lower than now. I will still hold the altcoin for a few years because if I sell now before the price can increase, then I cannot recover and make a profit at the same time.
