The information is there in the link provided by @ OmegaStarScream. You’ll also need to go through the links in the first paragraph of the referenced post (junior member) to get the full idea.

Since you want to display the images in an Ann thread, you should consider the Copper member alternative, as it gives you near to immediate access to displaying images (you will take at least a month to make it to Jr. Member, providing you make enough posts and earn at least 1 merit).

The best thing to do is to purchase Copper Member (link given above) to remove newbie restrictions. If you don't prefer that way then either a) hire someone to post for you or b) wait for your rank up. If you're not in a rush, then choose the latter or just avail the copper member so you don't have to hire someone and will have the full control of your ANN thread.

You can't post images because you're a newbie, You can get a copper membership to remove the restrictions or level up your forum rank.
