BITSTARZ IS A SCAM - DO NOT DEPOSIT A DIME - FAKE LICENSE CASINO

So basically lemme start this off, I played bacarrat on their shitty ass casino, deposited 1.4 btc which is 14k$ won 3 bitcoins, tried to withdraw, nothing went instant, OK, it got cancelled I betted again and won 4 btc now I tried to withdraw again.
They messaged me and said upload documents, so I did everything they requested Proof of address/ID & id with selfie and everything was approved in one hour max.
Later on, they messaged me again saying further verifaction needed because it's a big win after 3 DAYS of WAITING for the withdrawal(basically a broke ass fake casino operating in malaysia under 2-3 people running it with special names such as Olle Mike & richard wow.)
OK, we called them and everything, now when I woke up my account is disabled and there's 4 bitcoins in it, when I asked can atleast I get my money back which is 1.4 btc and they said it confiscated!!!
THEY WERE REALLY LOOKING FOR A REASO TO NOT PAY OUT MY WINNINGS, WTF!

Yes this is completely dumb, to deposit such money on a online casino, but I gamble alot in online casinos and I thought this was legit, I finally got scammed but it won't go easy just like that I'm ready to spend as much money to get this poor website off the hook so others can't be scammed.
I'm thinking I might take this to court under the French rule code because everything is in my favour, I have sued a french online gambling casino, and I won triple of what I made due to them not paying me my money and delaying & lying to me for 14 days.

Also wanted to add that they claim to be licensed but after I contacted the Curaçao eGaming complaints, they said they have no affiliations what's so ever and all what they claiming to be is misleading and false.

^ Hello, I just quoting it for images appear. You can move this into Scam Accusation board since you have a valid proof. There are many forum members here know how to investigate your claims. Thank you for giving warning others, if that is true they are warned to avoid this gambling site.

And the way I talked with "Olle" via skype was so unprofessional and poor experience and insulting on his end, also they lost a high roller customer so good for them.

hi OP,
by chance did you do your own due diligence before you sent the cash to their website?
if so how many reputable and verifiable people recommended it was safe?
 how many verifiable different sources gave a valid reference to  safely send money and play there?
this is a gambling issue "YES" but it is best fitted in the SCAM section of this forum so please consider moving the thread.
if you have any of those references i asked about ... please post those also in your thread.
if by chance you did not have a background on them..... bear witness and if you get even a small portion of your initial investment back it will be like winning the lottery!
next time be more careful with your money as only you are responsible for it and even for the loss of it!

If you know this forum, you can search here a better and good gambling site and they are all having a good reputation for how many years. For me, I did not trust any gambling site outside. I guess that when these casinos get to show their true colors by getting lower and lower with their services, they test every inch and get to limits under ground to tighten up the customer and put all the blame on that person itself because their sole intent is to save themselves from paying the winnings to the one who deposited such huge amounts. You were not even one of those lucky people who win jackpots or even x times through a small bet (like deposited 0.01 BTC and made 1 or 2 BTC) but your deposit was almost 1/3rd of your cash out amount and I ROFL'd when I saw that guy Chris saying a straight NO.

Did they already mention this KYC thing in their terms and conditions before you registered? Because if they didn't, they can't even ask for such things from you. But if you still complied with all their rules and didn't get your withdrawal, I believe that your coins are gone because they're "not in the mood to even give you your deposit back, so there's no chance of winnings".

Exactly, maybe just gamble at pokerstars or something realistic but when it comes to BTC, so far there's no legit casino ethier they just play the KYC card to grab your information, or find excuses or use ToS as an excuse to take all your money inculding "winnings"

Use skrill, exchange BTC to skrill then use skrill to deposit in pokerstars, I wish they start accepting bitcoin deposits seriously that could be a game changer for them since theres alot of gamblers in the crypto community.

I don't understand how it's possible for a casino to spread casino games and then not pay out. It doesn't even make sense to me. If there are shenanigans involving a sportsbook or skill based games I can at least understand reasons as to why many issues can occur. But casino games? damn why do casinos always do that holding someone's money anyway, according to yoshie's reply this isn't the first time bitstarz casino withholding the winnings of their clients but all of their issues were solved after they posted here i guess wait for their support reply here on your thread to resolve your issue and give your bitcoins back although they are not supposed to withhold the funds or winnings of their clients in any way. otherwise if the user cheats on casino which the most casinos alibi to not give the client's money even the user just basically played the site...
