There's selected places where you can participate from this gambling games without worrying about legalities. But I doubt if there's an online service who manage to get the permits from government jurisdiction, there's ruling that needs to be implemented to secure the funds and also to protect those participants. I can't see why people enjoy this game so much, betting on cocks that doesn't even know that they are being breed to fight for their owners money, what a joke.
