I have read news about something like this which is called e-sabong [1]

They have arrested 16 people who were involved in the following operation. I'm not sure how the law is right now since this article is dated April 25, 2018, which may or may not be updated but it is illegal according to that. It is summarized that, people who live locally cannot bet on the website. They may have a license but not to the point where local people can.


It would be cool if someone were to create gambling online where it accepts Bitcoin. The people who owns that website might not be aware of that right now that you could use Bitcoin as the currency. They might be the first online cockfighting website that accepts it.

I had an account of this online cockfighting betting 2 years ago but the operation have somehow stopped, i think it is illegal to operate such kind of activity in our locality. This would be too risky for everyone to play, especially we all know Filipinos that here in our country, gambling sites or casinos that have no permit is illegal, so before depositing money of this one, make sure they are legal, because you don't want to be in jail just because of bets that only cost a few thousand unless you really want to be in prison. In my locality it happens as a tournament where we're supposed to register. The registration closes by certain time and to get registered a small fee is being collected.
