Many here are investing because of profit and the belief that it will give huge profit in the future and I agree with them but aside from that there is one reason why people are really investing in Bitcoin and that is because people wants the monetary system to be decentralized. That there is no third party to be involved when they are transferring their funds from Person A to Person B.

Inflation is always affecting the current monetary system worldwide and because of this, the power of fiat money is slowly withering so we need Bitcoin to be use worldwide since it is deflationary.

Im investing in safety and privacy. Nobody can take my coins away from me. I'm in control. I can send it to anyone I want and I can smuggle it anywhere I want.

If I decide to I will be able to pack my bags and leave to some tropical island with my coins in 1 day. Try doing that with fiat money you have in the bank. You'll find out that they don't do transfers there because of AML and if you want to withdraw cash you have to come the next day because they don't have it. Fiat system is so bad.

This may sound stupid but I'm investing and holding Bitcoin and other coins because I want to secure my future with the help of cryptocurrencies. I know that some may see this as a bad thing but I'm still ready when the market will go down. There is still a possibility that it will happen in the future .

I would advise you not to wait for the moment when the cryptocurrency market again goes down and it will be possible to buy cryptocurrency for cheap.  I have chosen a more suitable strategy for today and invest several hundred dollars every month in rating cryptocurrencies and thereby minimize losses in the future if the prices of these coins fluctuate.  Thus, it’s better not to buy everything that you have planned right away, but a little bit every month.

It has been a question for many years because of its anonymity. The only reason why many people engage with this kind of crypto especially bitcoin because of its potential not only of its ability to grow or go up but it's also ability to give profit to many investors. For me, the possibility of having a new era of currency. Bitcoin is limited to an estimated 21 million, so if you have at least 1 BTC is thinking its good news for you because there are almost 8 billion people in this world. I know that banks, government, and some states prohibited bitcoin and another cryptocurrency. If you are an investor that doesn't aim to make money, I think you will be could a collector. What have you said is right that most investors see that fact that they can profit very well using bitcoin, especially that the price rate of it is very fluctuating? But if a person/ investor don't want the service and profitability of bitcoin, I'm sure that we can call then bitcoin collectors.

As of now, we dont see it. But there is what we call the future and it is bright for bitcoin.

Honestly, I think it will never become an international currency if it will not be regulated by the government and its impossible that the government will just close their eyes when they are already seeing bitcoin are growing bigger that it attracts a lot of users. As bitcoin grows its adoption, it will also grow the amount of money in the market, and I think the government can't just close their eyes when they can get taxes on that.

At the early stages of bitcoin people really invested in it because they believed in it and believed in its purpose and idea and its cause to change the way we handle transactions and how we think about money overall, but over time that whole idea started to fade away as more and more people got involved and the prices started to go up, and now people invest in bitcoin not knowing why it is made or what purpose it is fighting for, they just think that it is just a virtual currency, and the topics about it changed from why and how to how much and long, and its value has become just a tied to the price.
