Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

at what day and how the scam happened?
Allow me to explain the day when the scam happened and your modus operandi.

On 30/04/2019, you lured h4ns to pay 210 EUR and to participate in your extortion attempt. Ignore the foundation bullshit, and clearly, your strategies were about extortions via article and email (scam #1).

Game Protect via email:
Quote
So first they could ignore, but later decide to get rid of the article.

Too bad, on 30/06/2019, your extortion efforts were not producing any results.

You then asked for more time, and hopefully, they (Betmaster.com) would decide to get rid of the article, bribe you, and you then can give some portion to h4ns.

However, h4ns then realized he was being suckered and decided to post here.

-Fin-

Hmm.. let's see bitcasino.io and sportsbet.io are your next targets, aren't they?

Note (edit):
- Article about betmaster was never produced (scam #2);
- There is no guarantee that the extortion money will be sent to GP clients; and
- h4ns never received the 210 EUR back (scam #3).

You're giving him way too much credit. His strategy was to con h4ns into sending him 210 euro and perhaps 10 euro extra as a loan - that last part didn't work out. He has already admitted that he didn't do anything on the case, because he "forgot".

The extortion schemes that he's trying to run are probably a separate income source for him. I doubt that money (if he gets any) ever makes it to his clients.

Over the time GP and I have sent each other more than 100 emails concerning several issues and scam cases of Curacao based books.

Those e-mails happened before you got the 210 euro, probably part of your attempt to con h4ns. After you got the money this happened:

So June 30 passed and he didn't give me any update on my case nor did he refund the money. I've sent him a BTC address and a request to refund the money. He replied: "I handled many claims in the past months (including your other claims) and forgot about this one. However, there are some things in process and it makes sence (sic) to wait longer."

Typical con artist lies.

I don't know how much you value your time but seeing how you're clinging to that 210 euro amount I guess 100 e-mails was worth it to you to run this scheme at ~2 euro per e-mail.

Do you know that h4ns received 450 Euro after 30.04.2019?

I know that he didn't receive 210 euro from you and didn't receive the ~4000 euro from Betmaster (the claim you promised to resolve). Everything else is irrelevant.

Thank you for confirming that I did not scam h4ns, because ~1,5 Euro per email is not a scam in the real world! Cheesy

1) The 210€ are refunded with reducing it from the current 20,000€ compensation demand for damages caused by h4ns's defamation campaign:

h4ns to GP 20,000€ current compensation demand - GP to h4ns 210€ = h4ns to GP 19,790€ Smiley

2) How do you know that h4ns did not receive the Betmaster claim? I never promised to solve the Betmaster claim! Roll Eyes

3) For extremely mentally ill and or brain dead bitcointalk accounts it is irrelevant as they are anyway not able to understand basic real world things! Smiley

But for functioning real world brains it is very important, because h4ns is 240 Euro up and did not suffer a damage as he false and misleading claims!

Bullshit. You promised to get money from Bestmaster for h4ns by June 30, otherwise you promised to refund the "donation". You didn't get money from Betmaster and you didn't refund.

Whether you use e-mails or carrier pigeons in your "assistance" is irrelevant. You didn't do what you promised.

I can assure you - nobody cares about your stupid questions. No one is gonna look at this thread and think "if GP keeps asking about it 300 more times maybe the scam will disappear?"

The fact that some users occasionally respond to you just means that we're probably bored and can spare a few minutes to help bump your scam story up.

My suspicion substantiated when he asked me to borrow him €10. For the second time (September 3rd).
In the real world, the substantiation of a suspicion that something is a scam / show happens when the scam happens. Therefore, according to h4ns a scam happened September 3rd and not July 2019 as he false and misleading claims in his false and misleading scam accusation!

Despite of this, whether or not someone comitted the criminal offense of fraud is defined by the public criminal laws and not by personal and subjective opinions! Smiley
