How much funds did you deposit? Have you contacted support? has there been a reply? if there is still no certainty, it means that this exchange does not have clear credibility, if in my experience, if there is a new exchange, I always try it with small funds to avoid this kind of obscurity.

I think you should contact the admin again to resolve your problem because I see that the OP has been inactive since mid-December. And like this case doesn't only happen to you because I've seen the same problem as you on social media.

Why does everyone think negatively about coinsbit?
In addition to obviously faking their trading volume, they have a flood of complaints from users about being locked out of their accounts. Here is an example: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5183338.0They also have a shady "investbox" program that encourages users to buy & hold tokens for ICOs that either have very little information about them or else are outright scams. In addition, they continue to list a lot of fraudulent projects. KEP immediately comes to mind. As far as the fake volume is concerned, just look at these rankings on CMC for 24-hour volume: by reported volume: #6 by adjusted volume: #4 by liquidity: not in the top 50 What does this mean? The Liquidity metric by CoinMarketCap is designed to eventually replace volume as the default metric when ranking market pairs and exchanges...
Liquidity refers to the ease of being able to trade in and out of an asset, or in this case cryptocurrencies. The Liquidity metric by CoinMarketCap takes into account a wider range of key variables from the order book, such as the distance of the order from the mid-price, the size of the order and the relative liquidity of the asset in question...
The adaptive methodology will make the Liquidity metric very difficult to “game” as orders would need to be placed close to the mid-price, or risk being counter-productive to the Liquidity metric scoring. Basically, Coinsbit is manipulating the shit out of their volume. If they are being dishonest about this, dishonest about why they are locking users out of their accounts, and listing tokens that are proven scams, it makes you wonder what else they are being dishonest about...

A bunch of problems in the telegram group. that's why the owner has an intention to sell this crap exchange site as it has no future and people are leaving this exchange site right now. I just got news if someone was getting banned even he is asking for the new referral program too. A bunch of people have complained caused by the team was blockchain their withdrawal and the majority of them have done kyc verification a month ago. this exchange site worth zero price as scam exchange site,

OK, my two cents about this exchange and my experience with it.
Although I don't post here frequently, I'm a seasoned trader and crypto user. I have been using crypto and exchanges since 2013.
This is the first time I'm unable to withdraw from my own account. Coinsbit allegedly is being forced to deny all withdrawals from people who aren't verified by their KYC, but at the same time they allow those users to deposit. I've made a deposit of a small amount of ETH just to prove my point. Now I cannot withdraw my money, even when I submitted all the docs for the KYC a month ago.
You know, when you submit something so delicate as private documentation for a KYC and an entire month passes without any notice, you start to fear if your personal information was stolen or used for shady purposes. This is my first red flag.
Another red flag: Telegram group, and the way critical messages are selectively erased, even when some spam doesn't even get deleted or blocked at all. I've made some comments about discrimination against Iranian citizens (as they are forced to submit much more documentation than others), and all my comments were erased immediately. Then someone posted some spam, and it stayed there.
Just another red flag: high fees. My God those are high! 0.01 ETH, 0.0012 BTC.
And the last red flag: everything seems rushed, like they launched the exchange without making any thoroughly debugging. I had an order stuck for an entire week, then, yesterday, I opened the exchange and my new order was cancelled by them, then hours ago there was a ghost order for thousands of CNB. It all screams rushed, if not market manipulation.
My strong advice is to avoid the exchange until they solve the KYC bottleneck.

My only experience with them, these yesterday when I asked their site by chat, why we can not deposit dogecoin on the platform (the price exploded yesterday with them lol) their response my astonished (we do not exchange from dogecoin: /), I'still waiting for an answer from them to my answer which was pretty stupid "so why there is a volume of exchange at 800btc, but you do not trade dogecoin: /" In short, I understood and I put on platform lousy... ps / the price of the dogecoin was x2 the price it pump hard at home

OK, now that I have some spare time I decided to flick through this thread and MY GOD, tmfp was right: there's a single dude with a lot of new accounts just talking to himself for pages and pages.
You can notice he's the same dude because his English isn't native, and he uses the same style over and over, even on different accounts. Also, all the posts are written by new accounts with low “karma”, all of them just praises Coinbit in this weird way, as if they were forced to talk like in a commercial, and there's no disruption in the “narrative” (as it normally occurs with authentic users in a thread). All I see is question-praising answer, question-praising answer, question, shill answer. If by any chance a legit user posts a criticism, or a bug, or a complain, it's quickly buried by a lot of shillpost.
I'll warn users again: DO NOT INVEST A DIME IN THIS EXCHANGE; YOU'LL LIKELY BE SCAMMED.

Maybe you are one of those who are unlucky, some people get airdrops without them having to do kyc and this is indeed strange in my opinion and maybe you should forget about the rewards you get because it's also not comparable to what they offer.

Due to a huge load, you may have problems with the withdrawal operations. Your problems will be solved and the balances will be recovered. The addresses of your wallets have been updated. Use the new address. If you use the old address, you will not get your cash for the deposit. Dear users, we would like to inform you that due to the technical maintenance, the trade core will be rebooted on 9.01 2:00 GMT, and in connection with this, some of your orders may disappear. Do not forget to place it again! We apologize for any inconvenience. Also, it's just me or Bithumb didn't listed CNB in its exchange? I just checked, and the token is nowhere to be seen.
This is the tweet announcing the listing. This is a copy I've saved in the Internet Archive.Edit: it's listed on Bithumb, with a really low volume. BKEX did listed the token, but only paired with Tether. Alterdice too. Oh, and in Hotbit. Volume is pretty low, isn't? Well, that tells you something: liquidity is almost non-existent, as nutildah pointed out recently.

MY GOD, tmfp was right
That's a fairly common occurence, even tho I say so myself.... tmfp is always right. But, to be honest, it was mentioned by a few of us long term members too: Congratulations on 112 pages of shills/bots bumping this scam exchange: ..&.. Hahaha, what a thread! What is this, the Coinsbit canteen, everyone posting on it seems to work for them? Yeah TAGZ, the only exchange in the world that lies about its volume more than the Solodovnyk Shit... If TAGZ, P2PB2B and Coinsbit's lies about volume were to be believed, then those three shit exchanges have a combined volume of SIX BILLION DOLLARS IN 24 HOURS!!!Do you scammers have no idea how ridiculous this is? Its one guy who runs like 50 different accounts. He just talks to himself all day long, every day. Business has been slow, but Coinsbutt is the one company stupid enough to have hired a negative trusted spam farm. He probably didn't tell them that he is no longer bumping the thread to the top of the ANN section with each post. Scammers scamming scammers, I suppose. I find it astounding that after over 100 pages of bots/shills on this thread & all the proof in the scam thread about this crew that people even contemplated using this scam exchange - please don't tell me that the new breed of crypto users are all dim/dumb/blind/illiterate - god help us all if it's so..... The shills have gone silent - this means the scam is almost complete. Expect the worst (or the blatantly obvious to us few who tried to warn the noobs).

Yep. Reminds me of that blatant scam, “Westland Storage”. Lots of voluntary shills in the beginning, then paid shills, then obvious fake events, then the long predicted 404.

It is true. 3 days ago I made an erc20 deposit there, and I also did not understand that the token will be pumped at that time, and it turns out that my deposit never entered and landed in my wallet address on that exchange. and for now status wallet shows off. like a normal transaction they move token from my deposit addres into the address of their core wallet. this is a structured scam, and as always for support will never respond to complaints and deposit problems
