Btc price is allready too high

I neither agree nor disagree to call Bitcoin Price is already high !

However with the introduction of Bakkt the main purpose for which Bitcoin was created seems to get affected

With the huge volatility happening i am pretty sure many new comers will take a backseat and watch the price movements

However time is something which will decide where BTC is heading

I think Bakkt did something bad to the ecosystem - Manipulation, we thought that the price would go up, suddenly the price goes on a bearish trend and it seems that we are going to stay below the 5 digit levels for some time now. But then again, this market is full of surprises so I guess we need to see where the market will be heading and do hope that we can break the 5 digit and end up the year at least on that levels.

Apparently the expectation didn't came and looks the chaos come afterwards but we cannot tell on what will happen in future if the upset still continue or not but I expect that this is temporarily happens on the ecosystem and bakkt reflections will fade away so that the mindset of holders will go back to it's original holding phase.

1 btc = 1 btc really but we should base in USD value since it make it more valuable and profitable since if you are looking only with the same ratio then you cannot earn with it since it's like saving with no profit gain, But luckily for us we can earn by saving btc if the value soar high. And I'm also in short term trading since for me doing longterm is so dangerous and I don't want to get broke so I play smart on my trade and always take my profits.

Nothing follows a certain trend anymore. You're bound to lose money if you think the prices of alts strictly conttadict the movement of bitcoin. Some alts will follow and some alts will go the other way. And with btc's current value, you can be sure that it's not expensive enough that investors won't put in money anymore. All time high's more than twice btc's current price, and if it happened before, it likely will happen again.

In the last bull run when bitcoin head for almost $19500, we still had lost of investors that still put money in bitcoin, and they never saw it as expensive, and the funny thing is that if the market had not crashed, people will still continue to put in money until it will get to $50000, so to say that bitcoin at $10k is high is insane, is it not people that invested at 419k.

Bitcoin is even very cheap to buy now compared to how much it will cost to buy one in future when adoption has grown and when the supply of bitcoin has become so limited and demands become higher, there will be lots of scarcity then, and to get just one bitcoin will be very difficult, so whoever says that this price is high is really not ready for business or ready for any investment again.

Price will matter especially if its already your target price but of course don’t focus on the price everyday because its stressful and it can just make you panic. Btc Will tremain 10k  to 11k price and sametime Other coins Will climb Up!


For retail investor btc price is too high all Ready! 


And the fact that we are in Economic slow Down, so the investor who got 10k likely Not gona invest it in Bitcoin

If the btc price is high, what is the price it should be? Can you give us some details? Which price range do you see normally in bitcoin? Also I disagree with the idea that altcoins rises while bitcoin falls. So if btc is expensive it will fall. On the basis of my experience that bitcoin in this market is falling while altcoins do not rise.

While bitcoin goes down recently at worst scenario, altcoins was more affected with this domination. I wondered why some folks said thay btc price was already too high, despite of others saying bullrun isn't happening. Many of us expected much better than this price and I am looking forward to see it too high next year and not with 2019.

This needs a careful analysis, we are displayed with the price of BTC now, its already at $8K because it dropped, but if we see the price now is undervalued compared to its future potential, we should not hesitate to invest as long as we are willing to hold it for long term.

Price volatility can only happen in short term because that's the norms but the big picture would say that bitcoin is very profitable.

It is true that investing in bitcoin and altcoin is quite risky. but, between bitcoin and altcoin, I would rather choose bitcoin. although the price of bitcoin is already quite high at the moment, but what is happening right now is if the price of bitcoin goes up, the price of the altcoin goes down, and if the price of bitcoin goes down, then the price of altcoin also goes down. this made me think of choosing bitcoin to hold back how high the price is. besides, the current price is under $ 10k, I am sure the price will recover and re-touch the price of $ 10k, or even higher.

It maybe the normal market now, the price in 2017 is way too high that we always think that we were in bear market, if no mass adoption will occur we can see the stability of prices of bitcoin this past few months, the correction is just happening to correct the prices that happens in 2017, seeing how the price before 2017 we can say that today's price is really high.

I can understand about OP said investor afraid to buy because when on last ATH, a lot of people lose in their investment. Especially with some ICO that not successful and make investor lose. Maybe with that, some investor not invest in cryptocurrency again. After we lose in an investment, usually we will change to another investment and not want to take the risk again if make in something that we invested before.

What do you mean the price of Bitcoin is too high? There will only ever be 21 million Bitcoin produced. Lots of them have already been lost over the years due to people losing access to their wallets. To put that into perspective, the population of the state of Florida is roughly the same as the amount of Bitcoins that will ever be produced. The circulating supply is roughly 18 million Bitcoins right now. That means that not even every person in just the state of Florida can own 1 bitcoin. There is more demand than there is supply right now. That's how we get the current price of around $8,000 USD. Most people will only ever have fractions of a coin. I don't think it's an issue of people are afraid to invest. They just watched it hit almost $20k not too long ago. There is still money to be made in it. Those people that bought in at $20k shouldn't have done that. You don't buy during an all time high.

This is why I think it could be a good idea that we instead talk in terms of mBTC, a full bitcoin is too expensive however one mBTC is only 8.2 dollars, while the change is only cosmetic it will allow people to grasp the value of bitcoin in a much easier way, after all when we use fiat we do not use a one hundred dollar bill to pay for something that costs just a few cents, and if you tried to do that you will look suspicious, the same should be done with bitcoin so instead of thinking of getting 2000ATOMs vs 0.5BTC people think on getting 2000ATOMs vs 500mBTC, while you are getting the same amount of bitcoin if we use mBTC the comparison seems more fair.

The only thing I can see is that Bitcoin might see some major corrections before we see any spectacular move. I don't see it go beyond $14000 in this last quarter. Everything will be ahead of halving that will occur in the year 2020

if you feel that Bitcoin price is reached the maximum value what you think has exactly right means you can stay away from the crypto industry and sell your all Bitcoins because that is the maximum value what you pretend right?
people don't think Bitcoin will stop at any place because it has greater potential to reach even 100K or more than that.

and the price are decreased because since 2018 many bad news are creating and make cryptocurrency reputation down, that's affect all currency not just bitcoin, but next year bitcoin are entering the halving phase, so just see what happen in future
