Scammers are those people that know the entire truth about a business and choose to go the wrong way either willingly or unwillingly.
This set of people are like the opposite side of a coin and there is little or nothing we can do about them, some of them even hire celebrities to promote their fake business.

There is no way to defect scammers off the internet for good but i belief that once bitten is twice shy, i meant that even if a newbie mistakenly fall victim to scammers he or she will learn, scammers will end up making people more smarter and one day they will be out of business because scamming won't be a new thing anymore

Overall it is not fair to steal the money from someone, but scammer does it without problems. The scammer is always looking for a new way for two-timing investors, to put it another way, they let investors very badly. It might well sound unbelievable, however, there are still some people, who trust them. These people like to repeat the same mistake.

I strongly agree with this action, because scamers are very disturbing for all investors, I know scamers are indeed very difficult to ascertain, but at least there must be very strict and good rules in showing their authenticity identity or they must provide valuable guarantees to carry. everywhere! Those regulations you mention are the same regulations that are broken many times, by the same
people who created them.
   Bitcoin didn`t scam anyone! It`s already regulated. I think crypto-currencies are regulated better then some

I think very soon some solution like regulation should be imposed in cryptocurrency  market. This will definitely reduce scam projects to great extent. IEO with renowned exchanges has working well in this direction also. With ICO, there was more possibility to build scam projects and to trap investors into it.

Well, I think the crypto space is still young thats why we are seeing a lot of malicious individuals and entities constantly tring to trick the system but am show sooner or later with imminent legislations in place the crypto space will be rid of this nefarious individuals and we will finally breathe a sound air ofr relief.

Really if there is anyway to erase scammers off crypto space it would have been better, 2019 would have bring better results for altcoins if not for scam projects everywhere scamming new investors, now scammers are scaring off new crypto investors wannabe since there is no trust or whatsoever and investors don't want to lose money either, whatever the next altcoin results is going to be will not be huge as many expected due to investors not trusting new altcoins anymore, no wonder why binance launchpads are selling out in seconds.

If crypto space is just like how binance managed IEO project in return for their own reputation altcoins will be skyrocketing right now because much more money will flow in, exchanges like binance is giving out trust investment that i really hope the entire altcoin space can do the same but its a shame scammers are robbing off the trust

You are correct but this scenario was to be expected, the market of cryptocurrencies is unregulated and it is designed to resist any attempt that governments could made to regulate this market, and somehow we expect that scammers are going to stay away from it when they can easily obtain millions of dollars without doing anything? It was simply not going to happen, besides even if you could eradicate the scammers somehow you will still have many newbie developers releasing their useless projects and creating a bad reputation for altcoins anyway.

Cryptocurrency space always exists a lot of scammers, but we can't eliminate them all. If you are concerned that you invest in a Scam project, then you can invest in IEO projects on popular exchanges. You can't deny that you can't erase scammers from this world. Good things always filled up by bad people and some people will just use that benefit to scam people same as real life where you can find scam and crimes everywhere. The only way to minimize it, is just be careful for whatever you found.
