if the improvement you mean for all alts, I think that's not possible, but if for the top few alts, I think they still have hope, as long as the team can make updates about the project.

When alts are difficult to develop, don't have a daily trading volume, they will slowly be abandoned and eventually die.

Don't worry about that if the market is still on bear while we're reaching the next halving next year. Most of the alts will die but the strongest one will stay.

A little surge for altcoin already happened last week but this time it looks like the altcoin movement is going back again to follow bitcoin.
I believe there will always a chance for an altcoin to eat the bitcoin's dominance again but you can't expect the bitcoin halving will bring a lot of value to the bitcoin instantly. It should be a long term impact on bitcoin.
they will not die but they will get a big bearish trend.

Altcoins will not die there where be altcoins that will appear , as sayings said that if their will be gone there will be replacements. We experience the downfall of altcoins in this year but i still believe that it will bounce back again and regains their peak for a bullrun , we just only have to wait for that time to happeb.

I feel you have such disappointing, we have nothing to do but wait for the perfect days of crypto. We have this bloodbath since last year and that's sad that more altcoins are dying and only known coins in the market are able to survive from the long bearish season we have.

We all just be hopeful that this coming halving will have a positive impact and to expect that it could help to increase market demand that could result in the price increase.

What you say that altcoin has not been as passionate for a long time is a fact that is currently happening and is true.
but if altcoin still has a chance to be able to move and get excited again, obviously that opportunity is very possible. there are many altcoins that are good enough, although bad ones may be more, so it is decisive to analyze well.

The market has actually improved a lot as compared to the previous half of this year. The total market cap has more than doubled. Bitcoin has also more than tripled its value since then. A lot of altcoins such as ETH has also made its way toward $200. We are rising at least compared to the bad days within the year. If we compare it with the best days in late 2017 and early 2018 though, we still have to wait a little longer. But I guess we are going to the better days.

Everything takes time. The crypto market experienced many bull runs. Every bull run, makes the last one looks smaller... more specifically BTC bull runs. The last one, alt coins and bitcoin experienced. But here is the thing, if the bear rally is as big as the bull rally, then it will take time till investors gain the trust again. It will come. Just don't invest amounts you're not comfortable with.

Bloodbaths are not called bloodbath without blood. Get over it my friend,,, altcoins always carried this risk, and we who have them should know this. Market conditions do not follow logic so let us also not get false hopes over recovery. But be prepared for when it comes, you will need to be alert!

Higher market confidence would I think be the trigger. The bear ended really about February, and we've seen a pick up in price since then. Mostly in BTC, yes, but alts are likely to follow once the confidence increases some more. We've seen the tentative start of it in the last week or so, with alts increasing whilst BTC stagnates a bit. Give it some more time, and I'm sure the alts will rise again.

Altcoins is like something that stand alone for now, maybe what can make it get a lot of demands is when it get any updates from it's developer. If not, people will more focus on bitcoin and top coinmarketcap coins. That is why new tokens that keep coming must get demands by themself so their price can be increased. But only a few project might will do that things.

There will be improvements soon, I believe that is possible, but I don't know when exactly we will see that.
I'm hoping it will be soon but if it will not happen soon, please don't loss your trust in the crypto market, time so flies so fast, I didn't notice it's already 2 years but the good news is I'm still stable holding my coins although they are not the value I like to see.

Next year will be bitcoin halving, I think we have a great chance of seeing altcoins rise that time, but also, be optimistic in the last quarter of this year because we still have 3 months and a rally is possible at that length of time.

Bakkt launch has obviously failed and it should affect BTC price. When big investors would finally realise that it is time to push altcoins, alts will fly very high. We just need to wait till the BTC dominance would decrease.

After Bakkt was launched, all these coins continued to make huge adjustments and this was the main reason that I always considered very carefully when investing. The market is very volatile and you cannot predict exactly what will happen so I advise you not to trust too much in altcoins. I don't have any clear information at this point but maybe 2020 is still a year that worries us

i think you missed the 250% bitcoin price rise this year! i would call that a big improvement! and that's not all, the market is still getting ready for the real bitcoin bull run.

as for altcoins, it has always been like this. shitcoins get pumped a lot (like 2017) then they get dumped for a couple of years so that market can purge them out by killing them and opening up room for new coins to come alone in the next altcoin pump season which can only happen during the last quarter of bitcoin price rally to a new ATH. in other words when bitcoin is going from ~$70,000 to $100,000 you can expect the shitcoin pump to begin big.

And smart people knows that buying right now is a proper timing. Those people that are into quick profits will never understand the chance that the market is giving to everybody.
We have surpassed a year long of bear market last 2018 and so what if this is still a bear market? bitcoin has been up so it can be said that it's not really that heavily bearish right now.
