Don't do that. Binance is just taking your money and it is doing it well if you are continuing to purchase it.

Depends on the token you're holding. If you think that it can't sustain for the long run, then the best moment to trade it is when it gets listed to any exchange. You should make sure that you'll sell the same day it gets listed otherwise it'll dump. However if you think that it can sustain for the long run, then you should look for their roadmap since it can dictate when will it pump or dump.

I also sell my bounty token when i started to receive my token in my wallet because not all of them will get a good value like other altcoin like ETH,  BCH and XRP that they are more worth it to HODL and good for long-term investments. If your tokens came from bounties as a reward usually after getting listed in exchanges the price are drastically decreasing due to hunters dumping their tokens.
