Everyone was shocked as we are expecting a price hike since BAKKT has passed but to all our surprises downwards happen and it’s a sudden moment

For what we all need to do is forget the profit now.and start buying agin for future gains

I’m not in plan to sell either of my holdings as I know this will passed through and by next year positivities will follow and I can claim my profit from being strong in this wave of dumping

The Bakkt "regulated" Bitcoin futures exchange launch was a disappointment. Many people were expecting wall street institutions to trade in the Bakkt exchange. But the dismal 72 BTC daily  trading volume on the first day said otherwise. No one was using the exchange.

YEah right and that’s why a lot of investors are disappointed on what happen because this is far behind expectation(though we must not really expect much )

Though maybe there’s another way to fix the issue since it was just here few days ago so let’s give the benefit for a week before we finally understand what’s need to be done or not

We are escaping from the triangle. Downwards. Just like we did a year ago. Weak hands are off the market and after hittin the 5000 price in january we goona see a fast recovery up to 20000 and higher before the may halving.. that's my opinion!

I heard there was negative news about Bitcoin or crypto and made the price fall great on overnight, maybe there were some other bad news and I didn't know either. This makes all crypto holders surprised and don't need to panic because this is a great opportunity to buy cheap coins in the market. if you is a trader then you should take advantage of this good opportunity.

Panic sells tend to happen whenever the market corrects itself. Once the price starts dipping, people freak out and sell out. It's not really anything too concerning. Not for me anyways. I'll just be picking up more at this cheap price and be happy with my ~30% gains when it gets back up around $10k.

Except a good altcoin and the price will still remain the same and the fact that some coins are still not moving a lot even bitcoin has already moved to the bottom value.
It's not a FUD but investors are feeling disappointed caused by the result of BAKKT.

Not Bakkt. Just normal trends. Everyone who was doing technical charting saw this coming,,, and most people who did not believe TA anyway understood that for sure a retracement was coming after the x3 move from the 2019 low.

what's the basis if someone says that bitcoin will go down further? even to the level of $ 3000?
I think it's just gibberish, the reality is that even though it has fallen sharply now the market is showing signs of upward movement,

Cryptocurrency prices started falling at the same time. Most altcoins followed Bitcoin. Now, the hash rate is up again, but it does not mean we can wait for the fast crypto jump.

Everything would have a corresponding reason why this thing do happen.When theres a pump then people do find reasons why it do happen and same goes with the dump.

We aren't sure that hashrate drop is the reason or same with that Bakkt event but neither of these two is the reason but well lets move on these dumps can happen anytime here on crypto space which is a very unpredictable market.

Everybody is shocked due to the value drops of most top coins in the coinmarketcap , and i think the main reason of most altcoins drops value is due to bitcoin just like what happen back in 2017 where bitcoins value suddenly goes skyrocketing and altcoins follows to grow in value significantly. And when bitcoins value goes down in 2nd quarter of 2018 , altcoins starts to goes down also that until now altcoins is not bouncing back .

The price of ETH has dropped quite recently recently because their network is congested and there are too many transactions leading to high fees.  This has discouraged some speculators and no longer wants to hold more ETH as the network becomes worse and has no solution.  I know that the Ethereum team is researching and developing ethereum 2.0 with the new PoS algorithm.  but they were unsure of the launch date so speculators' confidence dropped and prices plummeted.
