maybe some time ago or a few years ago it might still happen. but for now I think it is impossible to be able to make the coin, because now seeing the bloody and unstable market conditions the coin will be difficult to experience growth

why not? if you look at coinmarketcap, there are coins which get pumped everyday.
this is low liquidity market mate, the price is easily get manipulated

Ofcourse it is possible cause some of this this top altcoins started with low trading volume and the demand got high. The chances is a bit slim though cause investors have moved from investing hugely in new altcoins cause of the high level of scam.

Each coin has its big break every year and the one you expected not to rise may have the capability of gaining very large value. There are a lot of people who used this opportunity wherein they buy such coins why it is still very low and hold it for a year or more till its price goes to the sky. People won't be holding any of their coins if this is not expected to happen so before selling your coin, think first, it might go over the roof sooner.

First, you did not mention the name of the coins and when it started, yes it is possible there are coins like that but these coins are those earlier coins when the all-time high of every coin is not yet happening, but right now, it's hard for a new coin to reach millions of volumes, although there are but not too many,  and we'll appreciate if you name these coins.
