Hi guys. We require the services of a telegram moderator to monitor and engage with our members 14 hours a day 7 days a week. This will be a mix of eth/btc and tokens paid monthly. 3 month initial work required with ongoing rate after this period optional. Please chat on telegram if interested

14hours a day and 7days a week is kinda a lot. So you expected someone who is willing not to do anything on his/her personal life? Even work in real life you won't get that much work time. You basically will kill that someone if you can find anyone willing to work with you.

For a day job its just 8-10 hours maximum and thats already a hectic schedule but pretty sure that there would be someone who would risk up that
14 hrs a day work if the said payrate would be considerable if not then no one would risk out. Lock up this thread OP if you already found someone for the job.

I agree on 800$ per months but 50% prepayment or pay everyday.

Idea is good , 50% prepayment.
I hope they at-least stick to everyday payment.

The monthly payment is a little bit risky only if you pay on advance but of course, you need to do something like this to the reputable member of the community because if they failed with they work, their reputations will be questioned.

If you ever accept new Mod, paying then on a weekly basis will be fair.  no one will ever do the 1-month paying system without using some escrow. If you find someone doing that, give them a starting test if they can handle the job.

OP has zero reputation, there is no guarantee he/she will pay after a month of service so a advance payment of atleast 50% is a must in this case if he wants to get a service of experienced telegram mod otherwise those wannabe will accept the job.

Lol, so they want 14 hours per day slave labour for $1.88 per hour? There are probably countries where people are willing to work for that amount, but be careful without escrow.
And even with escrow it won't really work, as the escrow will charge can't check if the employee actually worked 14 hours per day.

That's even ignoring the fact that "in token" no doubt means some worthless token created out of thin air, so it'll probably end up at much less than a dollar per hour.
Also, the Services board is only for Services paid in Bitcoin.

Whoever is planning to accept the rate without escrow or without upfront payment, I strongly advise you not to do it. This is coming from someone who has been there. It was not exactly 14 hours per day for 1 week work but still...not getting paid for months of work is really bad.
