It's very very simple, you'll only gain money if the coin rise in value, so why not buy the coin directly?

Why do you prefer to gain your coins in a illusion that you are "mining", you will only mine if you have your asic, gpu, cpu or if you rent one and can mine the coin you want

I totally agree with you. At present cloud mining does not provide any benefit at all. Even when I first tried it, I only got my wasted time waiting for the coins I was mining. When you think about it, I'd better buy instant on the market instead of waiting very long with the same value.  But if buying physical equipment like GPUs looks still profitable if we mine the right coins.

cloud minning not worth it for now from what i know. The ROI is quite too long, its kinda wasting times and also wasting your money, you can spend that money to invest on ico or IEO. or just do daily trading thats a lot of better than spend urs on cloud minning

In the first days I knew about the cryptocurrency market, I was involved in cloud mining.
The cloud platform that I invested in was Eobot, so far the platform still runs very well, but it doesn't generate any profits for me. If that day I used the money invested in Eobot to buy bitcoin, I would have had a much larger number of bitcoins than Eobot brought.

I have a very unsatisfactory experience on cloud mining from both Genesis mining and Minergate.
I bought a USD fixed 2 years mining contract for Monero with bitcoin. Bitcoin quadrupled the price in the meantime while the total output of 2 years was less than the threshold minimum amount for withdrawal for monero.
Minergate changed my plans and terminated the lifetime mining scheme without any notice.

I have negative experience when it comes to cloudmining.  I have invested in pbmining that were paying at first but later on shutdown.  I also invested on gawminer and bought zenminer , hashlet operated by Josh Garza and lost another sum of investment.  The only thing that got a good exit on their cloudmining is the CEX.io  but nevertheless I also lost some on this before I sold all my bought unit.  All in all, it is a horrible experience but we have to move on and learn from those experience.

Same here, I invested in couple cloud mining sites in 2015, and it`s like I throw away my money. I don`t even remember the names of these cloud mining sites. Since then when I see such site, I just move away.
I always advise people to stay away from cloud mining, no matter how tempting it is. I can`t believe that such sites still exists and that someone is investing in them.

Minergate? I didn't try that one hashflare and nicehash only they are good once for me but I already quitted after so many websites claiming that they are the number one crypto mining and been almost a year running, in short just a scam. I am now more on trading though I still wanted to be involved in cloud mining someday if bitcoin will increase again.
Actually, I am a big fan of cloud mining since it started in the crypto field though the risk are there I still prefer to take it because I know it is worth it.

from the list of cloud mining above I've tried mining in hashflare with a one-year contract and it turned out to be very far from the word profit. even I did not return the investment. I think cloud mining is just a waste of time to wait for our coins to return

Cloud mining is nothing but a scam, those platforms claiming that they own mining rigs are all lies, they have no real equipments or rigs and they haven't for once provide proofs that they actually own mining setups, its more like a ponzi scheme paying investors with investors money

In my view no cloud mining concepts will work in the volatile crypto  market  . Any crypto trader can make money in crypto trading .Mining can be done only through own mining rigs at home

I remember when I have an account on hashocean, which is very popular at that time but suddenly, all of the accounts are losing their money in a big investment. The owner runs away from the members, and I don't know what's happens with the owner because I leave it behind and never take a look back again.

It is not recommended to try cloud mining because you need to deposit some money to get hash power to start mining. The return will be too long, and you don't know if the company still operate or not. If you want to feel how to mining, I suggest you start your mining rig at your home, but you need to think about the electricity fee. Never interfere with cloud mining, or you will regret it later.

I tried a lot of cloud mining solutions, but the most of them are very expensive. Generally, a one year mining contract brings you at its peak 5-15 percent profit if you take contract costs into consideration, so I just moved to Hashnest, where they are not trying to rob you with mining costs.

Cloud mining can be too risky. Even the best cloud mining is not immune from bankruptcy and hacker attacks. The database can be hacked. It is worth choosing sites on which frequent payments are provided, and withdrawing money to your wallet. High risk of fraud also presents. Too high profitability of cloud mining is the first sign of hype. Most likely, scammers sell customers non-existent capacities.

Hashflare stop working SHA-256 and after mining enabled, my mining contract no work and i loose 2000$ Technical support say, "Its my problem" And hashflare no return money back.

Cloud mining is a thing of the past, we should totally forget it, I have invested in some so-called cloud mining only to find out later that it's just a Ponzi scheme, there are a lot of scripts or themes available that you can buy online, and some of these cloud mining sites are just using fake buildings and facilities just to deceive investors, you should try running master nodes it's more legit.

Thank you for sharing your valuable experience with us. I've never had clouding before. As a matter of fact, I have never taken such an initiative. But looking at what was written here, I thought cloudmining would definitely be a bad experience.
So Dividend and PoS seem much more logical and reliable. I'm gonna keep trying.

Many of these cloud mining turned out to be scams in the past, and many got shut down due to low to no profit generation. So yeah, it is a gamble to play but if you are confident enough then better go for it. Personally I am better of trading and hunting rather than doing cloud mining, but that’s just a personal taste.

Cloud mining is excellent if you can wait for like more than a year. Personally I have tried cloud mining in the past, and yes they were good, but it seems to take forever to get something out of them so that why I just took my investment after few months or so.

The best cloudmining platform till date is nicehash and eobot, nicehash is still paying the reimburse payment from the last year hack on the platform and i have almost get paid to 100% now, they are both cloudmining service you can trust but the real truth is cloudmining is not as profitable like in the past years

Cloud mining was the first investment that I invest my own money with and it was the worst investment experience I ever had with a few money that I've got from my allowances I went to deposit some cash on our local exchange and bought Bitcoin and it was under $1000 at that time.

At first, the Cloud mining that I invest my money with, pays me every month for 2 straight months but after that, there are no payment again. the only thing that I receive from them is the error message. and we don't have anyone to talk to in their site. that's how brutal they are.

Thankfully with that experience, I came fully understand what cloud mining are they are some method to use to scam people. after that, if I heard something the same as cloud mining I ignored it because of my previous experience.

Cloud mining operations are most of the time nothing more than disguised HYIP scams so they follow the same pattern, they offer you great profits in a short amount of time and this brings investors, at the beginning everything seems fine since you are getting your payments on time but as the number of investors begin to go down the owners of the website realize their time is up and disappear with the rest of the funds leaving their investors with a bunch of questions and with empty pockets.

No doubt, many cloud mining services are a scam. I tried all of the above-mentioned services in the past but turned out to be unprofitable. Mining companies are the ones making the money, not the users. You'll be lucky to make your money back in pennies. I finally realize trading is more profitable than mining.
