The downtrend is across the entire crypto industry. You need to look at the big picture instead of just focussing on aetherium or any other single cryptocurrency. If you look at all the cryptocurrencies in the past month, will actually the past few days they have dipped a lot. For example, Bitcoin was worth $10,000 a few days ago, and now is worth only 8,000.

Maybe he is talking about only Ethereum, but I agree there is no way to know how the market will improve,it's a high volatile market so high that even the most experts cannot figure out if we are going to continue the trend or the market will go up and down, it seem everything is done back door, I trust my portfolio will perform even if the market is not in a good condition.

ETH might likely go above 200$ just soon since there is positive development news (ETH 2.0 on the way). A lot of accumulation for ETH reason why I bought some at 166$ two days ago.  I might be wrong but I do think it's a good time to buy more ETH, the market is unpredictable though.

What you mentioned is a condition is not a part of technical analysis. However, many people take advantage of these conditions, even have to take greater risks. Because, sometimes fundamental analysis is not as expected, especially for new traders.

I doubt it will come true. there is no guarantee that when prices above $168 ethereum start reversal. bitcoin is still consolidating, if some days there is no increase maybe altcoin will start to red again. and I see ethereum always can not survive the impact of the decline in bitcoin. so if bitcoin falls again, it's certain ethereum will also follow.

I think that ETH will continue to rally or at least hold its current position trading in relation to BTC, primarily because of the fact that there seems to be a psychological floor at 0.02 BTC which has been proven to be support as prices rebounded as soon as it went under.

I don't think that ETH dictates where the market is generally headed, despite its #2 status. BTC is still the macro indicator right now. ETHUSD should not matter that much in terms of macro analysis.

Well ethereum is going up once again so you could be right, but what happens is that I do not want to get too excited since 2 weeks ago ethereum was seemingly giving positive indications that it was ready to begin a positive movement and then the price crashed in a matter of hours, obviously this is was not the fault of ethereum as all the market crashed at the same time but still that left a strong impression on me and I am debating myself between letting the market show to me even more positive indications or if I should buy ethereum today.
