i think all depends on the casino . some wil offer high interest but some are only minimal or depending on thier income   .

These casinos exists but an investment is an investment and is not guaranteed to make you money.While in the majority of the cases if you invest in a casino bankroll you will probably get some reward in the end of the year,there will be some isolated cases where the casino can lose money and you will not win anything.

I don't know another site to invest in because I already leave the investment in gambling. Maybe you can try one by one of the gambling site from other members suggest. I think to invest in that gambling site still profitable but only chooses the recommended gambling site which has a good reputation so you can expect to make a nice return in some period. But you cannot expect to make big money from the investment as it will depend on the funds you use for the investment.

First, have you known any person already lost on investing in some bitcoin gambling bank roll? Or any gambling website that has already experienced bankruptcy and if they have some bankroll system, what will be the possible action for those investors on their bankroll?

Second, about on what your tip, if the new coin is added, is there also an advantage if you are an early investor on their bankroll? Even you don't have such funds since you mentioned the biggest holder then you can gain bigger proportional share, this is only the problem because some people that wanted to invest in some bankroll has a low amount of funds. Then, what if even you have low amount of funds but you are early investor, that is also a plus?

You can try invest your bitcoin on BitDice. Since they also accept other coins like litecoin and other coins, it's a good  site to stake your coins and wait for the dividends yearly.

^ A gambling site that has a promotion here was always safe and no scam happen. Unless, if they are going to exit scam that probably possible to happen. Investing in a bankroll is quite risky because you don't know what will happen next. If I am not mistaken all gambling sites here are offer investment that has a house edge. I don't know about any casino that will be giving a fixed profit like 0.2 BTC per year as a profit. But, I know casinos that allows you to invest into their bank roll and you will get a share of their profit based on your bankroll percentage. Now with tron you have daily payouts and on 12 hours, it doesn`t have to be on monthly basis. Of course it can`t be fixed amount, nobody can`t predict how many people will play today, will they win or lose, and how much. Tron is easy to use, you can see how many tokens is frozen across the network and estimated total payout.  With EOS is very similar, I just didn`t get too much into it, I just tried to gamble there but I didn`t like their casinos too much, they need a lot of work to be able to compete with others.  I don`t gamble with bitcoins anymore, to expensive transaction fees, waiting for them, there are cheaper coins to gamble with.

Correct. There's no assurance that the house will always win and provide decent dividends, You also needed to expect that big whales will play inside the casinos and will take away some of the house bankroll. There's some other alts like you've mentioned who's offering dividends as per day profits, or when you play using your coin and receive some part of their own coin dividends.
