Yep if you are the type of people to check every hour and be sad if you lost some money, maybe you should start with the "normal " market it will be easier and more stable. When you win some self control, you can go back to the crypto world

You know this question is unavoidable...
DID I MAKE A MISTAKE INVESTING IN BITCOIN?
A lot of people have heard of the benefits achievable with BTC investments and decided to invest. The recent market setbacks have brewed a very big question in the minds of new investors...
What will be your response to this question?
Buying bitcoin is not that you buy today and get rich overnight. Patience is the key to have a good profit in the future. Today, bitcoin is at downtrend so it is good to buy bitcoin now and if you have long patience then wait until bitcoin value gets in an uptrend again and sell. Investing in bitcoin is also with analyzation and I don't think there is a mistake when investing because it is really up to our decisions and instinct.

You can make an investment on bitcoin by buying it at a low price and keeping it for a long time when Bitcoin grows high, you can sell to profit from its growth value.

Investing in bitcoin is also with analyzation and I don't think there is a mistake when investing because it is really up to our decisions and instinct. Having a mistake in investing your money to bitcoin is never will be a mistake because first of all bitcoin investing is only for those people who are ready to risk their funds and money in order for them to earn big profit, it is just like starting a business that if you start a business their is a legitimate guaranteed that you will be successful because you just start a business there will be a up's and down's on the business thing and that is also the same as bitcoin that if you invest there is always a guaranteed that you will earn again and goes back your money so fast just like for example a week and etc. Investing to the bitcoin takes a knowledge on when you will start to invest and as a piece of advise, you must be invest if the value or price of bitcoin is down.

DID I MAKE A MISTAKE INVESTING IN BITCOIN?
Ask yourself did you regret investing in bitcoin? You're the only one who can answer this because we have different experience and different time on when we started investing. If you invest early the time btc is still very affordable few years ago then you might also experience the bull run 2017 and earned. As a long term holder I experienced the ups and down of the market so seeing the price right now is a normal scene to me. I am more interested on what could be the future of btc and blockchain hence I dont have regrets investing in crypto.

I would rather not hold bitcoin or altcoin for too long. Actually now we just need to change the strategy so we can take advantage. So now it's better if the coins have gone up we have to sell them quickly, if not they will move to go down again. At present the market is a little difficult to predict, so I cannot guarantee holding a crypto for a long time will be profitable.
Depends on the crypto itself - store of value like BTC behaves differently than altcoins, as well Litecoin thanks to its halving this year behaved differently. As well maybe we are going to the point, where different types of cryptos are used for different purposes, not as many people see now - most of them as an investment, but rather as a tool for specific function?

If you can balance the increment of bitcoin that you have for half can be used as fiat currency, then it would not hurt you can open a business that can benefit you in the future that is a very good stability in future investments, but if there is no balance then very difficult if you see the dryness of all the bitcoin / altcoin markets ...

Balancing is very important as there's fluctuations around volatile nature of this market, if you can take the part of your profits and divert to another business while holding the other half then the chance to survive is much higher. Investors learned from the past and now being wise to carefully analyze the opportunities that they can get from the market then divert to another investment to keep the cycle alive.

Well yes, I mean, you did a mistake when bought digital cipher garbage with your real money. But that is not investing. That is being connected to a milking machine. Please do not forget: almost non-existing market can not set back. Fictive transactions completely dominate this "market." You should find the relevant information easily on Google.
It's funny that all those who criticize Bitcoin are usually newbies with no experience and no knowledge. How can a transaction in the blockchain be fake? Even if it's not sent by a person but some bot it's still a real transaction with fees being paid and money moved from one wallet to another. Banks are doing it every day but they just move numbers in a database with no real money moved. In your other posts in another thread you call Bitcoin a "scheme". For it to be a scheme there would have to be someone taking profit and controlling it. You have no idea what a scheme is.

It depends on what time you have invested. If you invested at the ATH price i.e 20K then you had taken a bad step and you need to wait long. But if you invested around 10K then a good time will come sooner. And if You can ignore the price and just have the mindset that you have chosen a great technology to invest then there is no question of any mistake.

When we enter this market, we all know that there is high speculation and that there are many risks, it is common for people to say that you must invest the money you are willing to lose.
Consider whether it is good or bad to invest in Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency is subjective, because right now there has been a decline, but what will happen in 2 or 6 months? We do not know, the price can be $ 4,000 or $ 40,000, so time is a critical factor in investments.
I consider that BTC is going to recover and will soon be above $ 10,000.

They haven't made any mistake by investing in bitcoin. Every investment has a downtime, and it is the responsibility of an investor to be weary of the trend of the moment, which is dump by weak hand. There is no assurance of profit by getting worried, one can only HODL while waiting for the retraction to uptrend. The fluctuating of price is the joy of crypto investment which enable new investors to come onboard. Therefore, they should employ the spirit HODL, that is the only way to hope.

no one makes mistakes, it's only a matter of time, if you are more patient, everything is fine.
mistakes are not just because of time, if indeed people could be more precise in making the time and could make the right target also in the sale price maybe it would be better. if we only blame time, we never learn from mistakes that occur so we must be right in choosing the time to invest

so far I still hold bitcoin and try to find it. I don't really care about people's opinions, I'll just consider for myself whether it's worth it or not. besides, right now bitcoin seems to be pumping up. You know, some developments in 2020 are said to have the same potential in 2017. So, I think having Bitcoin right now is not a bad thing, in fact, I feel that it's the right choice.

It depend on what price you bought BTC. Those who bought at $20k back in 2017 are getting hit hard when ever there is market correction. but those who bought back when it was still $100 only are busy enjoying the entire game.

It is not worth it to hold bitcoins if the trend is bearish. You said that bitcoin "seems pumping up" but the reality it is not pumping up because it still consolidating. You keep hoping and expecting too much. People do not understand the opportunitites in the market, they keep hoping for something that are not realistic. If we will expect make sure it is realistic. Investing in bitcoin is not a mistake but if you do not consider the time and the price then it is a mistake.

Yeah, somehow. Logically, they did a great mistake (though not intended at all) because they bought on a very high price and suffering due to bearish market until now. BUT, I believe that it is not yet over for them, for us, because I believe that btc will bounce back. So whatever point you enter, whether during the bloodbath or ATH, you are still considered safe as long as you remain hodling. Always, remember that 1 BTC remains the same in terms of bitcoin even how hard the market move down. Just change yput way of thinking, don't let such crisis affect you because good things happen for those who patiently wait .
