I never believed in exchanges without commissions. Because I don't think it's sustainable. How will a exchange manage its operations if it does not receive commissions from transactions made on the stock market? Only with listing fees?
That thought sounds pretty ridiculous to me. And I don't take any stock market seriously and invest in such a claim. We've seen examples of this before, and no exchanges that makes such claims has really been successful.
That's why i'll never take serious such a projects.

It's a new exchange site and you may no need to ask about how safe it is consider about the new exchange will always have low level security. That's a new exchange site and that needs more time to implement the next level of security.
The owner or shillers for atomars exchange site will always say if their exchange site is really safe but be careful with a new exchange site.

Zero fee exchange is the promotion every new exchanges makes in order to attract traffic and volume. But with my experience in few, there's no benefit for the traders at all. There would be very less volume and the prices wouldn't be as balanced as a large volume exchange. The buy orders would be low while the sell orders would be high leading to no trade at all.

Although zero trading fee is attractive, it is not the only factor that is taken into consideration by many traders. First consideration will always be the availability of a lot of traded coins and trading pairs. Second consideration will be the volume. It has to have an attractive volume as well or else the trading flow will be hampered drastically. If all these are addressed first, I would be willing to try it out in this new exchange.

Pal I don't see any problem with this, it is called promotion, you need to use what you have to get what you need, people love free things and I don't think there is a problem given them what they want. The problem I have is liquidity how liquid is their is their exchange because there no need to move my tokens to an exchange where the spread is wide and the order book thin

How will this exchange sustain with zero commission ? i have never seen project that have zero commission that ends up a success on the long run, any projects that wants to do this should always explain how to keep the project alive and where else they will make profits from cos i belief that nothing is for free in this world

and the thread starter also has stated it that the promo will end on 11th November, or to be exact. The promo ends on 11 November 2019.

There is a fee on that, exchange can't continue working on it without any commission though they are making it free until November 11 (promotion)

I haven't heard this one? did they conduct bounty as well? But I look to their website it seems that they are related to monaco one of the successful token I've known and it belongs to the top 100 so far based on coinmarket cap . Also, I have seen that there are so many pairs and listed coins over there, I think if they offer free trading fee it will really help a lot, I'm looking forward to this exchange.

New exchange announces zero trading fees only just to attract investors and traders. But they charge under various pretexts. If Atomars exchange really does not charge any fee to trade, the exchange will get a success to some extent. I have found only a handful of exchanges not charging trading fees so far. Marketing is needed for the exchange so this zero fee trading must be part of the marketing program they are doing. It will be a hard battle but once they are going to earn some trust, there will be volume to it. Exchanges today are just going to launch an IEO platform and then the developers of the project are going to get involve in marketing the exchanges just as how the Latoken did.

This is very unrealistic to have an exchange without any fees. Everything needs funding and if not from fees than from token listing or other promotions. But as the history shows, such exchanges are not living for a long time.

Actually there were a commission free exchanges. But it never works well. One of the biggest commission-free exchange was Cobinhood. And a lot of claims has been made about exit scam for Cobinhood.
So, I think it is not good idea.

If each exchange does not take a fee, what do they rely on to develop the exchange. Where is the source of money to pay for each employee. This will lead to fraud. And the video that you shared is just an unclear summary.
