Well, the most important thing to do is to secure the platform so when someone put his money on your betting platform you'll guarantee his safety. Also you should consider to make the fees of deposit and withdrawl as low as possible.
Then when we go to betting people like to bet in different sport with the best return possible.

No one guarantees your safety. There will always be a bug or a loophole which developer needs to look out for and fix it before someone finds and exploit the bugs.

They can only add some layers of security so that you don't become a victim of phising etc. Regarding fees I would say something like adjustable to network like Yolodice currently has will be good.

I don't have a problem with forum members wearing signatures of gambling sites who are not gamblers themselves, but it is best if they have at least some experiences with gambling. That would help them participate in discussions and contribute relevant posts every now and then.

This should be taken into concern and must have an impact on the gambling signatures we are currently wearing. I was neither a gambler, but I educated myself on various terms in gambling and even gambled with a very tiny amount to indulge myself in discussions. The majority of the people who are wearing/probably posting only in the gambling section of the forum can be separated by 2 types. One is an absolute shitposter who doesn't even know how the forum works and has reached a Sr-Hero member level before the merit implementation and is significantly wearing a gambling signature and posting shit to earn more btc here. Another is the real gamblers, who are regardless of weather they have a signature or not would be contributing to the Gambling Discussions.

The Gambling Discussion is similar to Altcoin Discussion which is inhabited with spammers and low level shitposters who had never gambled in their life nor do know any of these terms and would be posting here. This is why the newer gambling campaigns provides a warning such that, if the poster has never posted in gambling should never apply for the same. I would quite agree with these terms and they should never be allowed to wear a gambling signature. Posting in gambling sections alone would never be helpful for these companies considering the amount of spam prevailing here.

Most of the Bitcoin-paying campaigns are focused on gambling that is why a lot of bounty hunters in these campaigns are compelled to join gambling discussions without much to contribute, many ended up as mere spammers. I even read a post of a Sr. Member aggressively making an argument but is completely unaware that provably and probably are two different cats. The warning that you mentioned is of little use because any member could spend a month or two spamming in this section and afterwards he's ready to apply and get admitted in one of the gambling campaigns.

The most important thing for me is just a site that is simple and has good service, not requiring KYC is the part that must be prioritized because every gambler at least only plays for fun, and about withdrawal fees I think players want a low fee but at least withdrawals can done quickly or instantly and so does a deposit that can accept many types of crypto in a gambling platform.

I don't think KYC is the utmost, how would you handle a site that does not require KYC but yet give issues with withdrawal or even ends up scamming its users? If anything should be considered as the most important or considered as priority, I think it should be probably fair and a good customer support system of the site.

I also feel it's very important to have varieties of interesting games on the site. As much as we want to make money from gambling, there is also a place for fun. I think the reason why some websites have a poor customer support is they can't find easily someone to do that job and I think the pay is not that much. Let's say they can hire 3 persons for that role, each has 8 hours of work daily. Those people will get tired of their job after some time. They'll be just answering queries from users repeatedly without having a social life.

Best thing to do imo is to only play on trusted websites so when you encounter a problem you won't have to worry if they will solve your problem.

All of those points are very important but probably the number 4 is the most underrated, many of the scam accusations that you see in the forum against the casinos come from unsatisfied customers complaining how slow it is taking the casinos to solve an issue they had, and this affects their reputation in a negative way even when the issues are resolved favourably for both parties, I know this can cost money but it is important that casinos keep the best customer support they can to avoid situations like that as much as possible.

There are many platforms that are based on decentralized blockchain system and are certified. Instant transaction can also be easily found. As far the customer support quality goes, big platforms provide that too. The most important one is provably fairness and that my friend, is not possible. If casinos and betting platforms will become fair, they hold no chance of earning money or profit in this business. So it is best to stay away from gambling of all sorts.

Whenever I’m trying a new crypto gambling site firstly I’ll check it’s design and loading speed, if both of them are not good that means the site owner doesn’t care for it’s members and I’ll avoid such a site. I love the fact that you mentioned that crypto betting sites  should not just have any type of support but an attentive one and it made me realise how important this is.
By experience, in few cases, I have repeated my questions and 'already answered questions' or issues severally because the support weren't paying attention.

I think that live support is less important than GOOD support.

Here's what I mean.. If you hire a live support rep to be on 24/7 the quality might be low because that person doesn't know everything about the site because he/she is not a developer. But if you have someone doing email support (an owner of the site or dev etc..) who just answers things every 6 hours or so, the quality will be richer everytime.

It is really to imagine and how to think that every betting platform works perfectly and in time withdrawal. This what we want but can't take some instances that a lot of factors could affect the whole process and we are still depending on the blockchain processing period.
