It is not hard thing to do to find those popular sites, once you find them then visit it one by one and check yourself what features are available on the sites. Other thing you can do, visit the ANN thread of the sites then check why they have many active players, check the reviews, etc.

Just look to sportsbooks (doesn't matter whether it's cryptocurrency based or not) and dig further why they are popular, it's not only because of advertisement unlike Heineken.
People love when they have possibility to bet on a lot of matches, to be available almost every match. Along with it people also like when there are variety options of betting on these matches which includes who will score first, how many corners, tickets and etc.
Also it's another great experience when casino users are able to watch live translation stream through their favourite casino, it also makes them more comfortable to bet on live bets.

I agree with what aviks said having these features will attract gamblers. but for my own I would like gambling site to have an eye friendly background since my eyes hurts if the colors are too bright and it affects my mood while gambling. also a new unique type of gambling would be nice to have since most all gambling games on a gambling site today is just a remake of the original one and I am getting bored paying it.

As a user I do consider first are the security becuse some of the casinos where I have been to is not that secure. Next is fairness which is matter the most for me because I have been to a casino that is not fair enough, no matter what I try I always lose. Actually there are few sites having this feature.As far as I know Fortune jack have no withdrawal fee for any amount of withdrawal but not sure they have restrictions for number of withdrawals per week or month.

I think KYC was really a big issue in crypto space, gambling sites that requires KYC will not be able to compete with big sites that allows us to gamble anonymously. For me, I like the crypto gambling sites as I can enjoy my 10 usd even in one day if I will just have to manage my bankroll properly.

That is crazy. But then you don't have to spend that big in order for you to try gambling, or even enjoy it. You can actually make a 0.05 ETH or 0.001BTC or even lower.

No one guarantees your safety. There will always be a bug or a loophole which developer needs to look out for and fix it before someone finds and exploit the bugs.

Most of the Bitcoin-paying campaigns are focused on gambling that is why a lot of bounty hunters in these campaigns are compelled to join gambling discussions without much to contribute, many ended up as mere spammers. I even read a post of a Sr. Member aggressively making an argument but is completely unaware that provably and probably are two different cats. The warning that you mentioned is of little use because any member could spend a month or two spamming in this section and afterwards he's ready to apply and get admitted in one of the gambling campaigns.

I think the reason why some websites have a poor customer support is they can't find easily someone to do that job and I think the pay is not that much. Let's say they can hire 3 persons for that role, each has 8 hours of work daily. Those people will get tired of their job after some time. They'll be just answering queries from users repeatedly without having a social life.

Best thing to do imo is to only play on trusted websites so when you encounter a problem you won't have to worry if they will solve your problem.

I wanted to create a thread to get a general idea of what you look for when you're betting with your Crypto's.

The most important think IMHO is to propose provably fair games. I think now most of crypto gamblers only play at provably fair games because there are many scams in those unregulated platforms and if you've the opportunity to play a game you can 100% trust and a game with no guarantees, you will choose the trustable one.

For me personally, the user interface & the authenticity matter the most. The UX/UI should be user friendly with all required capabilities. The platform’s license & developer’s profile also would matter to me while betting or trading.

These days selecting the right coin to spend or the right website to spend is not at all a big thing. From my learning it is very easy to step into the gambling websites that are functioning with good trust of the users. The list you mentioned, everything is correct. But I want to emphasize points 2 and 5 are important for gambling sites, it doesn't mean everything else is not important. I mean the most important, because security is a must that must be applied in gambling sites, not even gambling sites only. And low withdrawal fees are one of the factors that are usually thought of by users.
