Nowadays most gambling sites don't require KYC for every user. Making a withdrawal that requires verification by e-mail is usually only to increase security and that is normal. You said most of the features I had in mind. I'll love OP to focus on setting low withdrawal limits. I once won a bet in a sports betting platform specific to my country and It didn't reach their "minimum" withdrawal limit. So I used the profits to bet in the hope of winning again to get passed their threshold and it went burst. I decided there and then not to return to the platforms. Now, It was a really good platform: tight security, active support and relatively high odds but setting a withdrawal threshold is a no-no for me.

Personally I like a crypto betting platform with an easy to use user interface not those complex ones and in addition to that the betting values or amount of betting money in cryptos should have an equivalent value in USD for the bettor to know the amount to stake, and withdrawal and deposit processing shouldn't take much time should be swift and hassle-free.
