Ok, since this is a new NVC thread, I'll leave my question here.

I have created new wallet.dat in NVC wallet v0.5.8. It has created two addresses, one of which was 5GRL58UchMDGajQir1PvYeraZ2nxuBk2Q8NEwkX36awvxDCt2WMq289Hi33keZrGhoPrfLtPdAsAQpi acQgRdFPLHX8B7MJnuF8.

So I took this long address an sent all my remaining NVC from old wallet.dat. The transaction was successfully generated and sent to the network. I even paid a certain amount as a commission.

So after that I see this in my old wallet, from which the transaction has been sent (and confirmed):
