There would really be that some sort of leak out specially to those people who do know already the identity of the whistleblower.They can easily leak it out into their friends

This doesn't unmask the identity. In fact one of the bets is whether we will find out who the whistleblower is or not. If we don't then the identity bets will remain unresolved and the bets will be refunded. It's like sports gambling - if I bet on Lakers to win that doesn't mean they win...

It is a huge risk when you gamble in this kind of matter. If some of those insiders will gamble then i'm sure it's a huge win for them. Politics gambling do exist and yet I never know that you can gamble in this matter. I don't know if the law will really protect the whistleblower's identity.

I don't think this directly unmasks the identity since people are just betting but with the internet, we'll never know. I mean, guys on 4chan and other forums routinely track down people. Although if any of them finds out who this is, I don't think they'll expose it if they made a bet.

I think a nice wager on politicians would be what lawsuits they'd be slapped with in a given year.

This is a weird bet to be honest as I have never seen sportsbooks offering such odds, on the whistle blowers identity and gender. In my personal opinion the identity of the whistle blower should never be made public, because if his identity is compromised he’ll surely be killed hence I feel majority of the gamblers will bet on his identity not being disclosed. This is very intriguing actually and I think that BookMaker.eu had done a great special event in gambling it on who is the Whistleblower that accusing Mr. Trump as a power hugger, I guess there are many that will get interested with these, and even if it is all on politics the curiosity is always there, I myself is very curious on the identity of that person, that twitter has given a Nickname as Deep Throat.
