Many people say the bitcoin system in our Bangladesh is illegal. but i think every people have wants equal rights. I understand what you are trying to tell us here. People should have access to Bitcoin regardless of race, religion and economic situation and all countries and their governments should be respecting this right. However, as you may know, we are not living in an ideal or perfect world and the reality is that power is on the hands of the government and not really on the people. A person living in a country that decided to ban the ownership, use and trading of Bitcoin has no legal choice but to obey although, of course, there are many ways one can get hold of Bitcoin counteracting the ban but has to be done in discreet manner otherwise you can be feeling the heat and great inconvenience which we don't want to encounter in the first place. Maybe the best thing to do is to associate yourself with a group of people who are on the same mindset on Bitcoin and then start influencing people in the government so they can reverse their decision though this is never an easy task.

Many people say the bitcoin system in our Bangladesh is illegal. but i think every people have wants equal rights. Yes we should all have equal rights, the United Nation guarantees that, but the thing is we are the one who choose our government and the people who run the government, I don't know the exact situation in your country about Cryptocurrency, but if you want majority of your country to understand how Cryptocurrency works, they should be educated on it's purpose, and if they are educated they will elect people who will support Cryptocurrency cause in your country, the best is to find politicians who supported this and support them.

Bangladesh Bank may have declared cryptocurrencies to be illegal several times already but I still know a few people from there that do trade with bitcoins and fiat regularly. Having said that, the repercussions may not be that severe or that the ruling is not imposed heavily. Anyway, here's a good read on the current situation of bitcoin in Bangladesh although this appears to be an article from 2018. Not much has changed since then, still. https://www.thedailystar.net/law-our-rights/law-analysis/bitcoin-legality-in-bangladesh-bank-1602583A quote from that same article: The Foreign Exchange Regulation Act and Money Laundering Prevention Act contain provisions for punishment and criminal liability, for trading, importing, and exporting currencies without authorisation of the Bangladesh or if not performed through an authorised dealer, and for illegally laundering proceeds of crime or foreign currency. The definition of currency is given in section 2(b) of the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, which includes:
(i) all coins, currency notes, bank notes, postal notes, money orders, cheques, drafts, traveler's cheques, letters of credit, bills of exchange and promissory notes; and
(ii) such other similar physical or non-physical instruments, or both as may be notified by the Bangladesh Bank from time to time;” This may just mean that there is a slim chance of BB accepting cryptocurrencies and bitcoin in the future due to the inclusions of the Act fitting the definition of bitcoin and other crypto quite nicely. In the mean time, I would rather not get my hopes up and pray for the tides to turn, but there is always a ray of hope for our Bangladeshi brothers and sisters.

Many people say the bitcoin system in our Bangladesh is illegal. but i think every people have wants equal rights. Make sure you vote for the right government next time you go to the polling booth if you want a change in the current system . I am not sure how the political system works in your country but it looks like the rules and regulation are strict and the government controls everything just like any other Muslim country. If you want the real freedom raise your voice when it matters .

Many people say the bitcoin system in our Bangladesh is illegal. but i think every people have wants equal rights. In this modern world no one has got equal rights,if you are rich you can do certainly more things with freedom that being poorer so understand how system works. To OP your government has certain laws for you to be followed if you violate it then you are criminal in the eyes of government so make sure you still want to follow rules or bitcoin. If you have chance better move to other countries or just keep some bitcoin in cold wallet until your country announces bitcoin is legal thing.

Heres some link for good read ups https://www.dhakatribune.com/business/banks/2017/12/27/bangladesh-bank-ban-bitcoin/ Sad to hear out that people do live out there does really want equal rights. They can still possibly engage themselves but just be very careful if you dont like to face up some charges/cases once you got caught.

Many countries have strict laws with money that is not issued by the central bank. This means you are prohibited from using Bitcoin inside Bangladesh. I don't know whether PayPal or Western Union works in that country, but it is a way that you can get through this ban. You can also buy gift cards using BTC and then sell them in the local market.

This is not about equal right because from time till this age, equal right has not existed and that is why the few people you elected has taken the decision over your own will to deprive you of certain things you would like to do, your freedom including transacting without a third party. Your government feels that is a way to secure you and other citizen there. Maybe you can consider moving to a place with no restrictions on btc and cryptocurrency.

This is really not about an issue of equal rights, if Bitcoin or cryptocurrencies are banned in your country then you and the rest of the citizens don't have any chance to buy one in the first place. There is really no inequality in that if you are just looking at it domestically. Since domestic laws is the basis of equal rights you won't really have to look at it from afar since all of you will be receiving the same treatment as the others, not unless we are talking about a violation of human rights then we can't really do anything about it. Treat it as like how Marijuana is legal in some countries and illegal in most of the countries, people in these countries where smoking marijuana is illegal really don't have any choice but to follow the law even if they feel that they are violated somehow.

Many people say the bitcoin system in our Bangladesh is illegal. but i think every people have wants equal rights. the only way to make it legal is for your lawmakers to create or amend a law that will make it legal, and to do this is to elect politicians that believe in the technology brought by Cryptocurrency, you should also form a group of Bitcoin believers, if you have many members, you will have a strong organizations and you can lobby to politicians about what you need.

Actually the thing is that all citizens are equal within one country. You are just fed up on not being able to use cryptocurrencies there are people who are fighting for survival fighting so they can live in Syria. Don't you think everyone has equal rights in this case also?? I know people are fed up in Bangladesh not being able to use cryptocurrencies but the thing is you have yourself chosen your government and the majority is on the other side they are pretty much okay with not using cryptocurrencies. Moreover, things are never gonna change with these forum posts. Bangladesh is pretty solid on the fact that they have banned crypto. However if you want to use it then you can surely use it using VPN.

BTC is illegal in many countries just for money laundering issue and also it’s not a recognised currency from any country or banks. It’s not legalize in Bangladesh but recently government interested to adopt blockchain specially in the banking sectors in the upcoming years. Definitely this is a very good news for BD. Paypal Gateway is restricted in Bangladesh. But Western Money is accepted in the majority of the top ranking banks.

This is the first time that I've read Bitcoin being associated with equal rights. It's illegal as a legal tender according to the central bank but it doesn't mean it's illegal for investment. Local bitcoins is still running there https://localbitcoins.com/country/BD

Many people say the bitcoin system in our Bangladesh is illegal. but i think every people have wants equal rights. At least, you can treat the slanted issues that you believe in the current news that is developing, in Bangladesh, of bitcoin transactions that are questioned by Bank of Bangladesh. Many people talk about bitcoin in Bangladesh now. For example: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5175587.0This might be you can think which is right and wrong, hopefully this can make you a little relieved.

Many people say the bitcoin system in our Bangladesh is illegal. but i think every people have wants equal rights. Not only Bangladesh in many countries we have some regulations in many countries in Europe as well as in Asian countries. People must request for the international law suit for using bitcoin and alts. That's the best solution to reduce every legal issues.
