Use VPN. Some users here are experiencing that problem also. So try using vpn to bypass the blocking. If your country prohibits visiting cryptocurrency related site, then cryptocurrency is more like banned in your country. Is cryptocurrency there is banned? Very sad for you. Don't use ordinary VPN because they can easily traced by ISP and you'll end up suffer with the consequences.
Using VPN can solve the problem of being able to use the crypto-related website including this forum, but this cannot solve the problem that he might face in the near future. His earnings might not be able to withdraw due to the circumstances, banks may freeze his account nor able to withdraw it in any kind of service if the country prohibits the use of cryptocurrency.
If their government is not supporting cryptocurrency yet, there is no point forcing himself to use it, he can just wait a little bit and patient till he overcomes it because I still believe that majority of the countries as time goes on will begin to accept the use of cryptocurrency including his country, but if he is to use it for trading, I think there are still many ways he can go round this, and the best way is to use PayPal.

Although PayPal is not linked to cryptocurrency yet, but if he has a friend in a country that can create a PayPal account for him, he can be sending his coin to a local exchange that can send money to PayPal in another country, and form that country they can transfer money to his own PayPal account, tagging it as business money, which he can then change to his own money and I think with that, banks would not be able to see any trace of crypto money in it with the vpn he will be using.

This is very unfortunate! Some Governments are anti-crypto and would exert efforts to prevent it or discourage it from its own citizens but eventually, they will reconsider it once mass adoption becomes full blown and other foreign Governments adopts it.

I suggest that if some of you can't access  this forum due to some censorship ion your country, you can try to use VPN or TOR so that it will give you more privacy and less fear from Government interventions.

Its not the government which is preventing access to the websites in this case. Turkey's government aren't the bad guys here instead its the internet providers of Turkey who are restricting access to social media and Cryptocurrency related websites. This should not be used as a anti government movement as its not the government enforcing these restrictions on the Turkish population.

I did not know that ISP would also have the rights to choose what sites are restricted from access by their consumers. I always thought that it will needed to be approved by the government first before these restrictions/bans happen.
I guess people would be forced to used VPN as the person you quoted said first.
Another way would be trading locally like personal transaction but that's quite time consuming.

Well if it's not allowed in your country, there's really very limited things you can fo about it. You can't flaunt it everywhere by wearing shirts printed with crypto since that won't really matter if it's not allowed. There should be work arounds though like using vpns or proxy servers. A lot of chinese people are probably doing this already. Don't worry, there will come a time when every government would embrace change and accept that crypto is here to stay.

Related to the law, it helps you understand the laws governing cryptocurrency in your respective countries. Make sure you understand it well, so you can determine the right strategic steps. As good citizens, we must obey the law, right?
Some countries prohibit bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as legal tender but are allowed for other activities such as investing and trading. By understanding the law, you can defend yourself if you get an unfair treatment by several parties.
There is also a complete prohibition, all activities related to cryptocurrency are restricted. Nothing can be done, right? But don't be discouraged, friends here also say that cryptocurrency and blockchain are very useful, just waiting for the government to prepare the right strategy for adoption.

In my country, little is known about bitcoin, which shows its development, but there is no regulation that says bitcoin needs some special permission or no law on the use of bitcoin, so it's okay to use bitcoin and no problem.
But if a country has ban on bitcoin, beware as it can be harmed by various sanctions and end up losing money and property.

Lol.  What would you expect. For the world, Bitcoin and crypto-currency in general is a new trend.
A lot haven't even heard about it, let alone how it works.

So, introducing it to people, no matter how, they still remain sceptical about it.
It will take a while before it sinks

Today, while I was surfing through the forum, I came across a post in which someone complained about bitcointalk.org not loading in Turkey. Under his post were several replies that explained that the site happens to be blocked by some internet service providers (which is sad).
A few days ago, I made a post in which I asked "What have you done to promote the Blockchain technology & cryptocurrencies?".
I went through several replies which were pleasing and supportive to the Blockchain technology. Amongst them, someone said that he wore bitcoin shirts around (an ideology I really admire). Another said that he created a facebook page (also interesting).
Just recently, I saw a complain from someone in my country. According to the screenshot which contained a mail from his bank, it said that his bank account has been frozen because they found out that it has something to do with virtual trading (cryptocurrency). Not only was I surprised, I was provoked. You know, one of my plans was to buy numerous Bitcoin and Ethereum polo shirt and wear them (to help promote). However, as it stands right now, I'm afraid I can't do that because I could be held as a user of cryptocurrency. Though this isn't any easy, I'll still keep trying what I can to spread the word. The Blockchain technology gospel must be heard!!!
Do you live in Turkey too?I do not think that the Turkish government is so critical of cryptocurrency that it is ready to pursue anyone who promotes cryptocurrency with the help of clothing. This is absurd.Perhaps this is just a misunderstanding or an isolated case!

My country not allowing bitcoin as currency legal payment and available using for trading and investing only, many country look not ready for legal using bitcoin because many faced have ready to prepare like bitcoin price can up and down without we realize, you can ask your government to allow bitcoin but have ready for your community have closed with government.

It depends where you are. In my local, we are having worst time when we want to have fiat currency. We have to deal face to face to have fiat for bitcoin which is very risky because cryptocurreny is illegal here.
There is a group for bitcoin on facebook for my local and we use that group as a mean of communication but that's very risky. Even I wanted to produce tshirt with bitcoin logo but I didn't just because of the rules and regulation here.

in my opinion the blocking of sites about cryptocurrency that occurs in turkish countries is not done by the turkish government. maybe it's the work of certain people who don't like cryptocurrency. because a few days ago had read that the Turkish government was also interested in making its own cryptocurrency. I think this proves that the Turkish government supports cryptocurrency and I've also seen a survey that 20% of cryptocurrency users from Turkey. sorry I can't list sites that survey. but I'm sure I've read this news.

Unfortunately this is the case with most of the countries , it is never easy , nowhere never .
This creates problems for people all around and your case was less unfortunate in some places people might have to go to jails for even associating with Bitcoins , that is much much worse .
Am sorry you won't be able to work it out that easily but you should know that there are things you can do , like changing your server to some other country where it's not banned.

I think if you know about this, then most likely the government also knows about such methods. In this case, why make bans, if there are many ways to get around them ...

I guess I’m lucky to live in a country where a company which offers multiple services aside from storing a couple of cryptocurrencies, you can buy load and even pay your bills using cryptocurrencies or fiat through their app. Also you can withdraw your crypto assets hy converting it to fiat then withdraw it in the bank. Also the company is registered in our central bank.

So it is kind of surprising for me to have heard about your unfortunate circumstances that you’re facing in your respective country.
It will be easy if the country you are in is open to cryptocurrency, they think that it will be good for the economic status of the country if they will accept bitcoin and there are many companies that open to bitcoin and ready to accept bitcoin as one of the mode of payment in every purchase does customer will pay.

Some countries really frown upon the use and advertisement about cryptocurrencies. if your country is of such negative views about the use of cryptocurrencies i would suggest you stay low on the exposure and wait for tempers to calm down before going all about making cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology all known. Remember, your safety is important first.

Sometimes, watching television won't help enough as they are just covering negative side of a certain story, they are just picking up the stories that could catch the attention of people for them to watch you, but, it is not really helping a lot, so for me, better do your own research rather than relying with how people react on it, or how they criticize crypto, as negative people won't see the positive side if they are closed minded.

That's the reality. even crypto are being spread they still not saw the good side and helping side of crypto. they still make mention of irrelevant things about crypto. so the negativity are never stop because of this people, many still have doubts because of them. but I know that there are company or crypto projects that will prove to them about crypto's purpose. everyone will believe in it soon.

Watch out for this SPACE!

For those who are having issue with their country regarding restriction in using cryptocurrency, still you are lucky as your government is not banning it, so let's still take it as a positive way and let's enjoy the fact that we can access it thru the internet and there's still chance the adoption in every country will be present, not yet too late so let's wait for that moment.

I think that VPN/ Proxy won't help much. Banks can track all transaction easily and they will find you. I think you need some advices from China trader because it happen to them too.

The beauty of cryptocurrency is that it cannot be stopped globally, except that all countries should unite under the auspices of the ban on cryptocurrencies.
But this is impossible, they cannot even agree on an end to the wars.
Why don't you get a bank card of a neighboring country or some European country, and convert cryptocurrencies to this card through exchangers, if necessary.
Thus, your local banks will not be able to identify you as the owner of the cryptocurrency.

We must respect law of any country. If anything is ban in my country it's my moral obligation to abstain from it rather then using it underground. Crypto is ban in many countries and there are many ways still it can be used secretly without getting caught but I think its morally not good.
Like in my countries people have gone to court to legalize cryptocurrency and decision is pending. I am with such move, though people have there stance on that.
