Looking to purchase 7 btc @ +$15 US current bitstamp price.  Wife won't let me use anymore bank funds :-), so need to do this through paypal (credit card).  I understand this is risky for the seller so am willing to provide whatever you would need within reason (I won't endanger myself)  Photo ID, perhaps some sort of signed receipt.

Basically looking to get into some LTC before the 19th so have very little time.

Interesting very first post.

Our family was terrorized by Homeland Security.  Read all about it here:  http://www.jmwagner.com/ and http://www.burtw.com/  Any donations to help us recover from the $300,000 in legal fees and forced donations to the Federal Asset Forfeiture slush fund are greatly appreciated!

Yea not many options,  Litecoinlocal just did a makeover so the site is flaky.  Coinmama and the others don't allow U.S. business.  I realize it is risky for the seller,  was hoping someone had a good method that would enable them to protect themselves from fraud.

If there is some method where I can utilize my credit card but ultimately the seller gets the money without fear of chargebacks I am open to it.  Located in NY metro area

There are a lot of BTC sellers in the NY metro area so as has been suggested above:

1) Take out a cash advance on your credit card
2) Find a seller at https://localbitcoins.com
3) Meet the seller at a coffee shop or other public place with free wifi
4) Purchase your Bitcoins
