Thanks meccoin4me, yes I have been voting there too when I can remember. First step is to get on to at least one exchange, then the rest will follow.

You are helping the UltimateCoin network so I will give you a reward.

If people want to earn more ULT, I will be creating a list of TODO's which they can work on. I will post it on our forum later.

Besides your coin uses an algo which has an ASIC.

These cons have no future. They need a $10,000 miner.

I don't think there is an issue with scrypt and asics, there is not as much benefit to using one other than lower power costs and they arn't cheaper than a graphics card.

Entirely different sha asics and scrypt asics. I don't think they ever will become mainstream in the mining community 4 scrypt.

Anyone with an ASCIS would have no problem hard forking our coin and having more than 51% of the total mining power if it was just released and they started mining it...Your coin would die quickly...

No the scrypt asics are not fast enough.

10-20MH/S scrypt asic is just vapourware nonsense.

It doesn't matter, if it is a problem, I can just move the coin to another algo.

Just vaporware? Seriously? Gridseed miners are the closest physical ASICS, but they will come out!

Keyfacts:

- Seigniorage of 100 Million ULT
- Bank Capital 900 Million ULT

Features....

Innovative time preference system for depositors offering high interest returns.

Symbol for UltimateCoin looks appealing

Small Information Areas (SIA's)

Is an award certificate issuer for crypto coins with merit (applications opening shortly)

UltimateCoin has a very good name

Firstly:
Quote
seign·ior·age
ˈsānyərij/
noun
noun: seigniorage; noun: seignorage

    1.
profit made by a government by issuing currency, esp. the difference between the face value of coins and their production costs.
In essence, his premine ( 1.28748181431937% )

Secondly:
"Innovative time preference system for depositors offering high interest returns."
This is referring I assume to the "Ultimatebank" which is nothing more than a free wordpress.com website created with a free template.

Thirdly:
"Symbol for UltimateCoin looks appealing"
Does it really?

Lastly:
"UltimateCoin has a very good name"
Does it reeeaaaally? Yes, "ultimatecoin" is very original and thoughtful.  Roll Eyes

tl;dr this whole thing is a big pile of steaming shit

The dev "accidentally premined 600 blocks". Really? Is this "dev" really this incompetent?
The community really doesn't need any more half-assed coins made by children or scammers.

TheMightyX, regarding your comment on the Bank, it is just a resting page for it currently.

I was wanting to open the bank by now, but there is no point until the coin is trading on an exchange. The reason for this is the time preference system, someone has a choice to either sell their coins on the market or put them away in a term deposit at a bank to earn interest. What UltimateBank does and how it benefits the coin, when someone puts their coins into a term deposit, that person can not access them until the end of the term, this reduces the supply of coins on the market and in turn increases their value. The bank does not loan the coins out like a traditional bank however. To increase the value of the coin, UltimateBank can increase the interest rate offered which will encourage more people to put their coins into term deposits furthering reducing supply. This will increase the value of coins on deposit and increase the profits for miners selling on the market. It is simply a net benefit gain for the coin, no downside.

I learned about the time preference system of money by reading books by Rothbard from the Mises Institute and thought it would be useful to be able to use that system in a coin.

Currently with the cryptocoins everyone sells on the market because they have no other options, holding them is not rewarding enough especially when they are still being generated at 1st tier levels.

WHERE'S THE SOURCE?

Windows wallet only and the only pool is yours?  And that isn't even working.

We are investingating issues in the backend. Your shares and hashrate are safe and we will fix things ASAP.

Findblocks disabled, new blocks will currently not show up in the frontend
Blockupdate disabled, blocks and transactions confirmations are delayed
Payouts disabled, you will not receive any coins to your offline wallet for the time being

Anyone mining on a pool that they can't withdraw their coins is a fool.

Go Away and take this crap coin with you.

Edit:

Why did you take the source off of github?

https://github.com/ademree/ultimatecoin

THE IPO IS CANCELLED DUE TO NEGATIVE ACTIVITY FORM FRAUDULENT USERS! ALL BTC PAID WILL BE REFUNDED TO USERS.

There is a network of scammers that post bad things about a coin and then demand BTC to erase the posts: scam_exposer and sitefive.

This is the proof a PM sent to us, now they demand us BTC to erase all those posts:

http://s16.postimg.org/hohih3nr9/scamx.jpg

Now we know what were they real reasons. I hope that maybe that is not the real reason and they can apologise now for the things they said. That will prove them to be not scammers and maybe they were just wrong about us.

We are now just going to launch the coin without an IPO. We have erase the IPO from main post. Just to proof these people they were doing lies and trying to make schemes with posting bad stuff then demand BTC to erase the posts. We will launch the coin!

As soon as we communicate with our web developer will update the site about it too.

EDIT: thimo is not part of this PMs, please don't hold anything bad about him or post bad things in his thread. We wish them good luck with their coin. Our apologies.

Shutup Scam Exposer, we all know you run the real SCAM

Thank you coiner777 for brining this to our attention. Thank you also for taking the time to see where this guy has been and informing us, it is much appreciated.

BTW, when the pool was down, the quote from the pool notifications eg "Your shares and hashrate are safe and we will fix things ASAP." if he was knowledgeable enough, that is default MPOS notifications, I didn't write it, it is what happens when certain pool services are not running. He also did not check what ultimatecoin was on github, it was not our coin or even a coin. The source code is available, all you have to do is come into our IRC room and request it. All I can say is what this guy has said is baseless about our coin.

Anyway, I just noticed on comkort someone else has donated another .01 BTC to get our vote up, we are currently running 13th!
