If i am asked to write a story about my crypto accomplishments so far well i don't have any thing to write about except how much i have make, since 2018 i haven't make better money investing in crypto and for months i have invested in crappy projects because at that time i never understand why coins can be demanding, i think its same thing for most newbies too, i started my bounty journey but still nothing, instead every few dollars i made are from airdrops, yes i made reasonable money from airdrops like

Bounty rewards today gets listed quickly just like airdrops because of the current IEO trend.

It's not always the case but some projects distribute bounty rewards at a later date compared to airdrops. They lock it up for months and release until the "price is good" but that's rarely the case in my experience. Some would release bounty tokens only after investors already had their tokens sold or dumped on exchanges (see Foresting for example).

I have promoted few bounties and they are already listed and trading too but till date they refuse to distribute tokens to participants, vodix , x-block project, platinuum qusd etc, if there is going to be any locks on the rewards participants needs to know instead of postponing us

Let me address the issue of bounty tokens first. Bounties have no guarantees of being profitable.
-- The project might not raise funds or not enough
-- It might be difficult to get the project listed on exchange(s)
-- Even if it's listed, The value might be very low. (implies your holdings == low value)

So you see, many things can go run with participatiin bounties and receiving your tokens.

Everyone's Crypto journey is filled with hits and then some miss. Whether it's not getting aboard an opportunity, selling too early, selling too late, investing in shitty projects or you bought and sold at the right time etc. These things do happen. What's more important is that you learn from it and onky then you'll analyze good bounties to participate in, good opportunities and how to take advantage of them.

My experience is not different from yours. I have not got anything except a few dollar worth of tokens. Even price of these tokens has fallen to low on exchanges. Talking about airdrops, I have got some tokens from only a few airdrop projects. So I do not have faith in even airdrops. Rather I love participating in bounty campaigns.

All bounty hunters will say same with you, the earning decreased much, this fact because there are much bounty which can join but almost 50% fail to get listing in exchange or need more time to get listed many reason.
Mostly airdrops is from existing project who has listing in exchange. Airdrops and bounty in same situation many is like a trash.
That's why bounty hunters need to wise use money they got and make another business from money they got, if only focus to earn from airdrops and bounty then will get bored or will make your life chaos because don't have another income.

Well your own experience is also like mine if not that you have some airdrop you said you have profitted from - I really don't like  airdrop because they distribute little coin and most times require referral.

Further, I have also invested in some shitty coins and they have really gone down from invested price. Coin exchange is going down and some are only listed there...

When it comes to bounty hunting many risks are involved and as a matter of fact you might end up with nothing

1. The project might turned scam
2. The project might not interest investors and this can make the softcap unreachable
3. Exchange listing delays
4. After listed tokens may have low value or see huge dump

Better to promote projects just for 'maybe i can get lucky this time' and its free, only your time and energy is required

It's not the airdrops that gets on exchange but it's the tokens or coins that you get. Airdrop is a sort of marketing from these projects which seem to be effective even up to date and the claimers doesn't care if it's a trash token that they'll be giving away. I don't like of getting involved with airdrops but I'm happy with those people that has made decent money from it. I've seen those airdrops that worth around hundreds to thousands like hydro but soon it turned out to drop. Bounty is no longer profitable as everyone turns to say.

Not all projects have bounties for their project but some only release airdrops instead of bounties and i have found some airdrops that are better than bounties as well, the fact is projects needs to stop introducing bounty allocations they can't afford

And it is not profitable to participate in companies as workers!

And it is not profitable to participate in companies as workers!

Not all of them were a scam, I participated in some project before but they were not able to raise the funding to their softcap and forced to close their business because they do not have initial funding to develop the project. It still makes a sense investing in ICO and IEO, you can find many projects doing fine after finishing the IEO.
at least their initial price after it gets listed on the exchange is a little higher compared to their IEO time, even though the orders are thin.

and bounty hunting is about the project itself, for now doing this does not bring any benefit because most projects do not meet their softcap and the market lacks of demand which results in shutting down the project before it gets listed on any exchange.

I can't say alot about bounties since i have no records of participation, i just start promoting bounties actually but i have promoted many airdrops and i started in april 2018 and the result is not that bad because i am able to pay off some debts and still afford some things i needed at that time

The same scenario could've been experienced by almost every participant of bounties. There are people who have made themselves rich through bounties, and most users keep hold millions of tokens unused as they weren't listed to the exchanges. Maybe the luckiest get benefited in the long run. I came across few bounties that weren't active for a long and in unexpected time got listed and gave good profiting.

Its all different experiences when it comes to airdrop and bounties, some will found airdrops to be better and some will found bounty as the better choice, i myself prefers both because i don't know which one will favours so i just hunt both, bounties takes much time just as airdrops do, no difference at all

I cannot recall everything. But in general, my experience is that it all depends on the project. I cannot seem to conclude that bounty tokens or coins are listed earlier than airdropped tokens or coins, or the other way around. I have bounty tokens/coins that were listed earlier than airdropped tokens/coins but I also have airdropped tokens/coins that are also listed earlier than bounty tokens. It all boils down to the quality of the project. Bounty or airdrop is a choice of projects to distribute their tokens/coins as widely as possible and it does not have any bearing to their early or late listing to an exchange.

I am not here to argue about if airdrops get listed faster than bounty projects, it doesn't matter to me if it is to you guys i think what matters is which one gives the highest rewards, i made 100$ in earlier 2019 from MTC airdrop and the token already drop in value compare to back then, its really hard to make that kind of money in airdrops but not impossible at least

Perhaps you really have not yet learned how to choose projects, but everyone learns from their mistakes. Although, as my experience shows, there is always a risk in everything. The cryptocurrency market is really unpredictable, and not only beginners lose their money, don’t give up, study all kinds of information on cryptocurrency websites.

I already invest in cryptocurrency from 2013 where Bitcoin is in low price.
I playing Bitcoin faucet, it make me around 0.1 BTC.
After that altcoin showed, so i buy Doge i forget the price, but that is little low price, then i sell it in 2016, i make a bunch profit from there.
For bounty and airdrop until now i'm not fan to join it.
So many KYC needed to verified.
