I think Binance conveys a real amount, meaning what happens to their exchanges, which is in the name of their company, and or that releases a project using their name. Because scammers are very varied. If we compare it with what happens to crypto users who aren't published, I think it's much bigger than what Binance said.

I think Binance only estimates the number of scammers associated with their project, the actual number of scammers in the crypto room will be greater than expected. Generally, scammers roam on scam projects and scammers who use top projects to drain investor funds.

Binance should be able to verify their data correctly before they receive offers from new projects. I think KYC for the team is not enough to verify the data. Because they are not just trading account users, but managing the project. Of course there was a meeting with the project developer.

The issue of scammer disturbing the peace of popular exchange sites is becoming very rampant these days, I think big exchanges should look for a better way of securing themselves against all this advanced scammers of nowadays.

The greediness will make people lose control of their mind. I have seen people who have been getting trapped into the scam scheme as they were thinking they can get easy money from there.

Scammers are everywhere, no one can really eradicate those people. They're making a living out of it, the only way to deal with those type of person is to do due diligence and by not trusting anyone who you do not know. Crypto world is infested of scammers.

Even me I having a hard time to identify a certain project if it is scam or if it is a legit project. Scammers are becoming skillful than before where a scam project can look real projects because of their skills. You're right! Scammers are very harmful to the development and adoption of cryptocurrencies. But this is a problem of all industries and which industry is the first to solve this problem, that will have more trust in the community. I believe that we ourselves should also be involved in catching the scammers and showing them to the entire community. I think the warnings given by the people in this forum are very sufficient to give an idea about assessing new projects. someone new of course does not want to commit suicide by losing their money in a junk project. those who are new will certainly seek the opinions of others.

If it wasn't for the right knowledge or training, why are you in crypto right now? because basically wherever someone is, the risk will still be there, so only smart and experienced people are able to minimize the risk that he does not want in crypto, even though it will always be there.
