I haven't used those sites before, but today I intend to do so.
Before executing any trade in any one of the exchange I'd like to know those sites are safe to use.

This is just to protect me from any possible scam - if anyone used recently then please confirm if it is safe to go or not.

edit: if you believe those two sites are a scam then please suggest a better one if there is any without KYC requirement.

I know that Changelly is a very popular exchange service and it doesn't require KYC. Shapeshift is an option to Changelly but there you need to verify your identity. You could try an exchange with lower amounts if you are skeptic. Personally I've had a good experience with Changelly, but haven't exchanged big amounts. I recommend using an actual exchange if you want to trade bigger amounts.

The feedback the account has received is 1-2 years old. I guess they wouldn't be in the market anymore if they were really a scam service.

You can't afford to trust a service who has been proved scam at least once even it's happened years ago, imo.

Thanks guys for the information about changelly and it looks risky to me.

Anyone of you knows anything about Fixedfloat or would like to give a better solution?

I haven't used Fixedfloat yet, but haven't read anything bad about them either. The reason I haven't used them, is because CoinPlaza (referal link in LoyceMobile's signature) has lower fees for very small transactions. And that's the only thing I've used them for for so far.
The daily limit is 100 euro per day without KYC. See [ANN] CoinPlaza.it: non-custodial instant crypto exchange - Bitcoin ⚡ Enabled, although the OP isn't very active on the forum.

Of course they could be, and they will continue to be in the market as long as people ignore their negative feedback and continue to send them money.

Go and look at the accounts of some of the scam mixers, or scam exchanges, or gift card scammers, or scam ICOs, or game-protect, etc. Filled with negative ratings from years ago, and yet people continue to lose money to these scammers because they either don't look at their reviews first, or ignore the reviews for reasons known only to them (including, I suspect, for the exact reason you have stated - they are historic).

This isn't just a single incident or bad review from a single disgruntled customer against Changelly. There are a ton of bad reviews on here and reddit. Not to mention they give you truly awful exchanges rates.

I would be avoiding them.

Never used FixedFloat, or heard about it actually - I personally would not trust that site at all due to this, but that's just me.

Changelly is fine, those scam accusations where a long time ago and have been dealt with since then, they are basically another version of shapeshift in how they operate. Never had an issue with the, just shit fees tbh.

Personally used the site before for some minor transactions, I'd recommend using shapeshift though, it does have better fees I believe.

They're active on the forum: FixedFloat — fully automatic cryptocurrency exchange with Lightning Network⚡️

As for Changelly, read their Trust summary.

Do you know the actual service fee CoinPlaza charges for the service in percentages? I know that Changelly is ~0.25%. Changelly is looking a little fishy indeed and I would be glad to have a decent alternative. Also I suppose it is available for worldwide audience not just Italy..

I think it's 1%, but the FAQ says it can vary depending on the currency.
But for small transaction, I find the total fee much more interesting. For example: 0.0463 ETH gets you 0.001 BTC. If I compare that to Coinmarketcap, it looks like the total fee is 1%, without any additional transaction fee. And that's what makes this exchange so attractive.
I've seen them pay more on Bitcoin fee than they charge, so I'm not sure how sustainable this business model for small transactions is in the long term.

They have been running for over 2 years so there must be enough money to be made to still offer this service. I'm sure that the mid to large transactions are easily paying up for what they lose out on with the smaller transactions.

I know a local service that only charges a network fee---the way their business model works is that they profit from price differences on various exchanges, and they pass that benefit to their users for the best value. It might be that coinplaza works similarly.

BSV is not the real Bcash. Bcash is the real Bcash.

I have chosen CoinPlaza for my exchange and it's a good one. Fast & smooth as instant exchanges should be...

Thanks Loyce for introducing it to me. Locking the thread as it has served for the purpose.
