The best as well as the cheapest way to exchange cryptocurrency with what? Please clarify your question a little. If it is with fiat money then through peer-to-peer (P2P). There would be no fees as you are not going to do it with any third party such as an exchange or any app. The deal would only be between the two of you.

Reputable peer-to-peer traders (on Localbitcoins or Paxful) can charge a premium over spot rates which more than covers the platform's escrow fee. If you don't have much trading history though, you'll probably be the one paying a premium. Another option is to participate in a negative-fee or no-fee promotion. For example, Bitcoin.com is covering trading fees + paying an extra 0.3% on top right now: https://exchange.bitcoin.com/announcements/launch-promo/

Lol, no way man. Unless you talk to someone and have deal with him to exchange your cryptocurrency to Fiat or another cryptocurrency. Other than that, there's none. If you see one that might be scam. Try to look here: https://www.finder.com/cryptocurrency-exchange-feesI suggest Binance US because it's a good exchange and charging only .1% of the amount you are going to trade with a decent support.

Exchange crypto currencies to what? Do you mean crypto to crypto? Or crypto to some payment processors like PayPal etc. In the first case it is not possible to do so unless you know someone personally. Second you can do it on localbitcoins etc for zero fees or even some premium. Many sellers offers PayPal for +5% easily.

quite difficult to find exchangers who almost do not charge fees, because based on what I know, most exchangers benefit from it. maybe you can get that at a new exchanger who makes events like that, but you need to be careful.
until now, I have only tried using Tron, I think the feathers are quite cheap for various exchangers. some others use waves, and other altcoins.

Crypto to crypto trade won't be free from fees because you need them even in DEXes.
Your only option, regardless of crypto to crypto or fiat transaction, is a P2P transaction with your friends. You'd only need to pay tx fees (as long as you can convince him not to charge extra fees), which is way lower than most exchange taker fees.

I haven't heard of a legitimate and legal option to exchange cryptocurrencies with a third-party/stranger without paying any fees. As far as I know the most viable options right now are through an exchange like Binance which charges you 0.10% per transaction if I remember good or you can opt for a non-custodial exchange service like Shapeshift, CoinPlaza or Changelly. Some of the people in the thread mentioned websites localbitcoins, but actually I think they charge you the most. If you can find someone in real life who is desperate to make an exchange( preferably a friend) you can make a face-to-face transaction with him at market rate and pay little to no fees.

You can exchange your cryptos for no fee by posting your offer in Currency exchange but for that you need to be trusted member or you may have to end up paying escrow fee or split up between both buyer and seller. Or find someone personally and exchange cryptos which requires only transaction fee but if you are going for trading platform you need to pay the fee for trading and also for withdrawal.

Another way is also like P2P or you can find some sellers in localbitcoins, but I think it is still much cheaper when you can find some seller outside that facebook, like in social media.
I tried before in Facebook, there are some facebook group or group chat in messenger where there are some into cryptocurrency members then there you can find some sellers or buyers then it's up to you on what will happen, like meetup transaction or find some middleman.

An exchange's worth should not be determined by trading fees. I'd put more value on an exchange that has good volume, an easy to use interface, and more importantly faster transaction speed. When trading crypto, the volatility either brings in copious amounts of profit or loss, well enough to compensate for any very minor trading fees. Trading fees also build legitimacy and credibility of an exchange because that is their only way of earning money. It is hard to trust a company that pretends like it doesn't like making money.

Theres some new exchanges as of now that does offer 0 trading fee but those wont really last forever and just come to think even just making doing P2P transactions directly from other people wont really be completely equal yet you would always pay up for network or tx fees so you do still need to pay up which in result on not to receive the whole amount as you wished.

They also ask the market fees because incase they will sell soon they must pay few amount so they expect little lesser value.

Huh? Are you serious? There's no free nowadays. All things value money more in our generation. But if you know someone personally like a friend or something, you can talk to each other and negotiate to exchange crypto for free. But it's hard to experience that kind of event. Just accept the fact that you need to pay just to have a successful transactions.

I would have also suggested using escrow maybe in this forum or other forum if he belongs to but transaction fee will also be charged on the coin while it is being transferred from sender wallet to receiver wallet.

Localbitcoins.com is probably your best bet. Or finding via other means (e.g. the local boards here) someone to exchange hand to hand. Depending on the other side of the transaction you might actually get btc (or any other crypto) cheaper then the sell price on any exchange. But it's also quite easier to get scammed so you need to be extra careful

If you want to exchange a currency for almost no fees, your best bet would be peer to peer with no middle man. I would suggest posting in the currency exchange section. You will still pay fees for the transaction though. Any place that is a third party that hosts your trade is going to charge a fee. They have bills to keep servers online and databases running. Finding someone the old school way who wants to take what you're offering is your only real option.
