many of them are just season project and want collect investor money, i can guarante that poject just running for few month or 1-2 year after listed on exchange we can't hear any development or anything, and the project like this just focused to collect money and listing after that as we know like other project are dead

That is the blockchain technology for you. There are series of daily life activities and sectors. These sectors are what each of these blockchain projects are developed based on. As these sectors are coming up or thought about, someone thinks of solving the challenges faced in them and then proffer solutions using blockchain technology.
That's the blockchain for all of us, anyone can start something new, freely and without restrictions. We are seeing an explosion of new ideas, how people try to implement blockchain technologies in every possible sector. New and old ideas are exploited, people are gathering and making teams that will start some project. Realization, trying to make a product from idea, is a hard task for every team. I speak about projects that worth our attention, cause projects can fail for bunch of reasons but its important that they didn't start something with intention to scam people. And we have many projects created with one purpose, to scam people and investors. |

Nothing new mate , just people hungry for money so they start new projects every week in order to secure those funds. You and me , we must be careful in what we invest as I would avoid ICO's and IEO's for now and better focus on what really matters; Bitcoin!
Also don't listen to some advice you're reading here, most of them are just to fill the page with answers so make sure you do your own dig about the project and study it well.
I think IEOs seems good, especially issued by trusted exchanges like Huobi, Binance. You can easily multiply your funds by simply entering the IEO. Well, I've never achieved this goal before. But I heard Binance has started a lottery system in their exchange. If you have enough balance BNB in your wallet, you can take a chance to participate in this IEOs. But as you said. ICOs already dead. No investors should invest in any ICO project. They need to avoid to believe ICO reviews and invest in accordingly. Because many of them has manipulated. |

I've recently noticed that fewer projects are emerging compared to last year when ICO projects are being produced on a daily basis. I would recommend checking out Quras if you are asking for a new project. They are very active, in touch with their telegram group.

Exactly my point. The blockchain space is unregulated and the technology is open source. So basically, anybody with some blockchain coding skills can create an Erc20 token with a fancy whitepaper and call it the native asset to his startup project. Then afterwards, launch an ICO or IEO with an exchange and solicit for funds. It is that simple and this space still have a free runway at the moment |

For newbie this is hard to search some trick of legit project. Everyday new projects is coming, you can minimize one by one. Choose from IEO then top exchange IEO then roadmap and team. You have to follow some of your experience rules, don't wait for another judgement.

not at all, mostly just a dust project, even if we know some good project, bearish will eat that project when going on exchange,The bears don't seem to like the arrival of new projects on the market. or the bad thing, some good project has got major exchange suddenly, even we dont know when and where their sale opened. In my opinion no. Maximum projects are valueless. They just come here and tell people how profitable tokes their and after token sale you couldn't find any dev team management person. Because they just come here to sell their valueless token. Every year thousands of projects enter the crypto currency network but stay just couple of projects. REALLY!!! What 's going on ?

Yes there is still good project. And i think Harmony is one of the good project in this year. Tokoin, CANLEAD, CurioInvest are also great projects i think. |

We are in a very decentralized industry hence it is always difficult to control how new projects are created. With each passing day, we expect new ICO or IEO projects to be launched. Getting to know whether a project would be successful or end up as a failure is also another issue.

so many projects are appearing now because there is no limitation on their appearance. but I don’t mind so many because we don’t know which ones will be really successful Too many projects that make competition very tight and make lots of coins dead, I'm sure that one team can make more than one project because they think greedy and don't care about the future of crypto. |

there is no guarantee of a good project for this season. although there will be a good project later, and the rewards that will be obtained later are also large, but the biggest obstacle is the process of listing tokens to market exchange. and all that will be in vain if the process is always delayed, and even forgotten by the team. |

That's pretty true, with the way projects have been going, we've seen way too much of them just flop after a couple of months. Just look at some of the recent ICOs of 2017, raised millions and their coins go to one 10th of the ico value. Just look at the coins that are already established, I'm currently looking at salt lending, which is already a top crypto-currency. |
