Ok you are right about 20 cents but what is the difference? Transaction fee is higher than that. Shilling a project in twitter just to list on binance is just a small action? You gotta be kidding me.
You will be having attention to binance twitter for only 20 cents which is not really guarantee since this event is raffle. Is your marketing fund already deflated on exchange listing fee? 
Try to re-evaluate your bounty program structure and reconsider your offer. I think you saw the proof on what I'm saying to you by just looking at the number of participants joining on this bounty.

Well, so small amounts, and in tokens... At a minimum, you need to make 1 usd the minimum reward and send it directly to the participants in the form of ETH.

p.s. you need to start by building a community around the project, then you wouldn't have a problem with a bounty campaign.  On Telegram 6000+ members and on Twitter 1-2 likes/retweet,  you know what I mean)
