Because it's now over. It's not going to happen again that an airdrop would likely to give you more than $100, it's all done. Don't fall for an airdrop if it promises you to give more than that. The reality now is that most of the airdrops aren't giving that much and the minimum that they can give is about $5 and the maximum could be around $20 or something like that. Those good airdrops that you have before can simply be part of your memory and history of cryptocurrencies.

Its only a dream if you think you can get 100$ from airdrops today, even bounties aren't paying up to 100$ to bounty hunters anymore unless you join many campaigns all together, Apollo currency airdrop is ongoing right now and i am surprised that they are only paying 0.36cent worth of apollo coins to participants

As I've said before it's possible but now it isn't like that anymore. Maybe you just missed those days or if not, you were not able to participant to those kinds of airdrops before. Well, I didn't participated to them but I've seen people who have been telling it happily on how much they've got as a free money and sold it quickly. Those glory days were almost project was becoming successful regardless of the situation but now the hype is over and almost everything for it.

The good airdrop is now over, all of the airdrop today are not promising. We will only waste our time if we still participate in scam airdrop. Actually 99% of airdrop are failing, so we should stay from new airdrops.

The old airdrop is different from the current airdrop. There are not too many rules, only including ETH and email addresses, the results are quite large. but now there are lots of rules to follow. I get a lot of benefits from some old airdrops but for now very few airdrops even most airdrops are just Sacam / scams and ultimately don't get any results.

Before ICO has been hype too much ,this airdrop has been trend for almost 3 months and many people earn from this. Luckily i am able to join many of them before. but it ended early because after the successful  of many airdrop project there are  people also follow the trend and make thier own token also and give it for free but  most of them is worthless.

This is true , i always joining in an airdrop and most of the tokens that i received from airdrops give me profits and most of the tokens also have no value , that until now it was stored in my crypto wallet for almost two years from now. Airdrops nowadays makes difficult to earn not like before that the only requirement is your etherium address and just wait for the token to arrive in your wallet.

I still remember the good old days when an airdrop is providing 1 ETH per participants, that is how good an airdrop is before. But right now, they've already destroyed the reputation of airdrop, and makes it very hard to find a real and reliable one. Each time, another platform is created, and another system of advertisement is created as well. But these good old effective marketing strategy should be retained and become reputable again.

Remember old time that we must only create account or maybe download wallet to receive airdrops. And most of them really have value in market. But now airdrops only to look refferal to make their site have a lot of users, and from what i see only a few which have value.

Aidrops become popular before, we are able to receive a money for free just by being part of their community.
But today's airdrop, they just use the community to support their project, they also use this opportunity to make money by requiring their airdrop participant to send payment before receiving the airdrop.

And look for a lot of users without develop their project properly. Refferal events already fulfill a lot of airdrop nowadays and they are only get users without big quality and only to fill the number or users. Maybe if developer dare to make choice like old airdrop, i think they will get more interest from people. Because the coin already created.

I can't find any good Airdrop because more good project follow a Refferal program with in exchange. You know new coins good position already over because there is no anything so searching a good project more difficult and i can't spend my time for unnecessary.

Lol old days are gone and scammers did find the perfect way to make profit out of nothing.and why would they give freebies when they can just promise anyone and then after profiting gone away?lol this is 2019 and sooner 2020 don’t expect to gain with that simplest task.

Cryptocurrency has gone too far now and the value is quite expensive not like when the airdrop are being help that crypto’s almost have a cents value but now hundred and thousands already

The elapsed time may not be able to come back again. But good projects will always come later. I also feel good airdrops in 2017 like eBTC, EXRN, Elixir, Internxt, and many more. My thousands of dollars can only be from one airdrop, unforgettable memories. The money was very helpful in my life, especially for paying monthly bills.

Yes indeed. Better to work on projects that are directly paid by BTC or other tokens that already have prices. So that everything we do is not in vain. Now it is difficult to have a good airdrop because the projects are now not getting as much sales as they want, most of the airdrops now have no value or very low value.

I feel the same way, buddy. So many bounties and airdrops are a waste of time, although there are still profitable but it is increasingly difficult to analyze. So to get a satisfying reward, choose a bounty and airdrop from a real project and run with certainty.

It is both sad and beautiful to reminisce the good old days of airdrops. That is why we should work harder to fix the problems caused by the scams and bad reputation of 2018. It really did a number in the industry and if we want to bring it back, we should be more careful and choose wisely which projects we should really promote.

I totally agree with what you say, that the reality today is a lot of fake projects and just looking for a momentary profit. neglecting to make a good project and can produce something good for all who participate in the project.
I think there must be cooperation so that crypto can be excited to minimize the presence of many fake projects, which actually makes crypto not excited.

very rarely the airdrop that produces when the market is going up and down drastically. even bounties sometimes are not paid for, let alone airdrops. 2 years ago, airdrop there were so many fans.

yes it's hard to find good airdrops these days and then by now almost all require sensitive data like e-mail and kyc, those of 2017 were good airdrop, does anyone remember ebtc?...

Not all airdrops that requires KYC ends up sending out rewards after campaigns ends, i have joined few airdrops that requires KYC and till date they have not pay me my rewards, those airdrops that have no KYC always pays

What do you mean by "communicate an address to receive the gift"? i guess you meant all you had to do is give your wallet address and receive the coins right? To be honest most of those airdrops were just some shitcoins that had a total value of few cents. Again, there were some airdrops were you had to have some certain amount of coin during a certain period of time. Some of those airdrops did have some good price, but as expected the price were dumped (as many users received it and sold it as soon as possible).
Don't waste your time hunting airdrops. They are usually garbage.

Those olden golden days are gone for ever. Nowadays these airdrops are just for advertising purpose and nobody will benefit out of it. Not even projects are really benefitting out of those wasteful airdrops.

Those days will never return when airdrop means rewards which has been turned into a marketing tactic by fooling people out of it by rewarding something less than a Dollar and soon the concept of airdrop will die as users have learnt the lesson the hard way and bounty campaigns are following the same footstep and they are going to vanish from market as well.

Yeah, you've seen it too. But many doesn't want to stop airdropping and still looking for a project that might give them a surprise gift of being worth as the value given to them by the devs. Everyone is telling here that it's not going to happen again which is right. Forget about the past and don't include and think that it will be the same again. My final words would be, be careful with those airdrops that you guys are participating.

Nowadays almost all airdrops have no valid advantage. when I see especially airdrop from ICO or IEO tokens only become decoration on our wallet. so that I myself have never benefited from following the airdrop all this time which I have been working on
