yogg was up very late working and still trying to get caught back up. They got everything straightened out on the website. Those of us with subscriptions will be getting funding emails today. Nothing to be concerned or worry about.

Sorry everyone for the confusions.
This quarter has been rough and a bit of a nightmare;
mainly due to the uncertainty of shipping parcels with loaded Coldkeys, as we are responsible for our customer's
BTC.
The funding emails for subscribers have now been sent out !
We have already started to ship outstanding orders for which everything is alright.
All orders shipped from now on benefit from our latest shipping procedure.
I just funded them as instructed on the website (which told me to fund them using
funding.coldkey.eu). I'm not worried about shipping though.

How did you fund the new ones? I thought these were being shipped without btc until delivery?

These are shipped unloaded, that is correct.
They become loaded once you have confirmed that you received your parcel with your new shipping tool.
Inside the parcel, you will find more information about how to do so.
However, as this collection consists only of Coldkeys that contain
BTC, we require the funding before they are sent out.
For more safety, we will be holding onto your
BTC during transit and load them only when they are in your hand.

I wouldn't have dreamt of what happened even in my worst nightmare.
I should have frozen the whole operation during the crisis.
Fortunately, this gave us the opportunity to further work on our procedures in order to provide more safety to your parcels.
You should have received the email about the funding now.
Shipping has resumed, every complete* order will ship in the flow of outgoing parcels.
* : an order is complete when we have collected the funding for it.
I will send another email as of tomorrow to our customers with outstanding orders, for which we received no funding.
Orders without any Coldkey that is loaded will be directly shipped;
expect to receive a tracking number in the coming days as we are effectively resuming shipping parcels.
