So far this year , a lot of scams have occurred in the crypto sphere ranging from projects scamming investors and as well as projects not paying hunters for their works.

What do you think can be done to counter this ill manner behaviors that has been painting cryptocurency bad?

maybe one of the steps that must be done is to make an analysis of the projects that we will enter, both as investors or prize hunters. At least we read from their whitepaper.

Yeah right, you should always do your part studying and researching everything before you take your part. Each time you see opportunities don't grab right away but instead, try to analyze and make you feel comfortable from project to ride with.

Never to play smart, keep doing good market studies in order to make the right pick when investing your money or your time.

Analyzing and seeing the whole project is very important as we have to know the existence of a professional team, white paper to read, the sale will investors think again if in a small exchange, then the product being bargained must have a lot of interest, and vision and mission that is real,

For hunters you can rate and many bounty are launched every day and it's the same as doing your own analysis because bounties now have to wait a long time to become money.

Believe me not all new projects are worth promoting as a bounty hunter but once you find answers in research then you can give a shot or try, i still see good projects that are worth trying out maybe just maybe they can turn out good in the end

Even researches can fail you most times but if you learn from your mistakes you can find a way to know about good projects, i learned about few good projects from other working projects like shapeshift, coinomi wallets because they used to advertise about upcoming projects and all the past ones they advertise turned out good

They are already part of the crypto community so it will be very difficult to erase them but there are few ways to counter them like the regulations of the government and few platforms out there that checks the credibility of any projects.

But investors can be blamed also as there are many investors out there that are very greedy like they will take the risk in investing to the shit projects because of the promise ROI.

The only thing we can do about scammers is to integrate the regulations. The majority of our community is still against any kind of regulations, so it may not happen at all, but in my opinion it is necessary, because the amount of scam projects keeps raising.

It may be good at some point, but manipulation will come after that. I am not against the plan of regulating the cryptocurrency but this should be done with a long discussion to understand the things we should consider.

Maybe subject project owners to proper vetting before running any project, some sort of kyc for teams as well, not just investors or bounty hunters alone should be subjected to this process,
as a result of easy access to creating a project is the main reason we have too many scammers in this ecosystem, no regulation, no control, and since this is totally the opposite of what blockchain represent i guess we will just have to deal with it,

And as well, just a fool person who fall to scam project thus far. Simply, you can't ever fall to scam project if you know first that the project will end up to scam. There many ways to proof it and you have to learn it, such as in this forum. You can use the search feature with the keyword how to avoid scam project and I bet you will be treated to many threads that discuss it.

You can start by yourself, let everyone who haven't known it feel how pain it is when they fall to scam project so as they will learn it and find some knowledge how to avoid it. They (scammer) will never use the same strategy if the poeple who looks to their project have known it, this is pointed out the crypto user are lack knowledge to the ins and out cryptocurrency itself.

Bounty hunters must stop being lazy to do a research about the projects, I see many bounty hunters that join an obviously scam project this might be the best way to stop those scam projects if we dont promote it they wont get any victims.

They cannot be eradicated as long as greed exist, their existence cannot be eradicated but we can avoid. Is it sufficient? Yes because as long as people and investors could trace which project is trustworthy they won't get scammed by such fraud projects and I bet that these fraudulent projects and people will gradually decreased as they can't even gather enough people for them to deceive. And they did decreased but at somepoint there will be some fraud projects to arise soon as well.

Eradicating their mere existence would be a very tough move. Sufficient research to trace a trustworthy projects are the key to avoid getting scam.

Bounty hunters should learn to research into projects they want to promote or organize and get skilled volunteers to do the researching for them. The volunteers have to be rewarded once in a while.

Hope you don't expect the forum owners and moderators to do the research for you for free. It going to be time consuming.

Not every project is a scam. Some see everything as scam because they expect quick reward. This whole thing should not be seen as regular source of income

It is impossible to counter this in a decentralized system. When there are some arrangements in the future, they can counter a little bit. We are the ones who make this sphere bad, and who wants to clean it again. IMO there will always be scammers, who are in every sphere. Even with today's government system, if there is a crime, do not assume that this system will be completely removed from scammers.

It is very usual nowadays considering the fact that the number of projects being introduced in the platform is increasing more and more each day. We cannot really take some legal action towards it since it is happening on a global scale meaning the scammers can be found all around the world. Let us just hope a system would be presented that would be anti scammers and may help us in choosing a better project so that we can avoid any possible frauds along the way.

I am urging the authorities concerned if there is a way to stop this nefarious activities of these scammers the better else the crypto world will continue to suffer the menace of those unscrupulous fraudsters, regulations should have been a way out but the anonymous transaction of cryptos had enable them to have a field day, investors had there funds stolen, bounty hunters are not being paid, so many unfavorable and touching stories in this crypto world for now there isn't any reasonable solution despite researching for good projects at the end most them turned scam.
